The room smelled musty, the photos didn't match the actual room. It turns out the key holder told me the room hadn't been used for a long time and hadn't been cleaned. When I first arrived, the water gallon hadn't been replaced, the gas cylinder was empty, the sink was mossy, the buffet was dusty, the shower was broken, and the sheets hadn't been changed even though I'd booked them well in advance. The key holder also told me the photos in the app were old and hadn't been changed.

There were cockroaches in the mattress, the room smelled and was dirty, and the bathroom faucet was broken and leaked all the way to the outside wall, flooding the hallway. Absolutely not recommended.

The mattress was damp, I don't know if it was cleaned before. The blanket was also dirty with traces of blood, the bathroom was still wet when I arrived and the shower jet wasn't working. When I wanted to check out, I had to wait quite a long time for the staff, even though I was in a hurry. Ugh, just stay here once and thank you.

The AC isn't cold enough, and the remote control needs to be replaced, but it can't adjust the volume because the printer is removed. Worst of all, the mattress is damp, the sheets are extremely dirty and full of sand, and the pillows, bolsters, and blankets smell terrible. The two bedroom beds have never been changed or cleaned. Please pay more attention. The apartment is actually nice, but the cleanliness is very lacking, and there are many things that need to be repaired.

- The Wi-Fi is reportedly down, so it's unavailable. - The gallon of water seems to have not been replaced in a while, as there's only a small amount left in the gallon, and it also has a strange taste. I've asked for a replacement, but there's been no response. Hopefully, the service can improve.
