The location is easy to find, and at the end of the complex. So the atmosphere is very calm, peaceful and very private. Suitable for those who want a honeymoon. The location is rather to the city, so it's right in the middle for those who want to vacation in North and South Bali, bathroom equipment is very complete, cold warm water is no problem. The rooms are very clean, cleaned and tidied every day. Breakfast menu can choose every day and is very varied and also a large portion. Clean, small swimming pool just right for those who want romance and relaxation. Friendly staff, security is also very friendly. The point is very satisfying staying here, there is nothing disturbing. Want to stay here again if you go to Bali again. Very worth the very affordable price.

I don't know if we got a room that didn't match the photo or if all the rooms are like this, the atmosphere of the room was dim, the lights were yellow and dirty, lots of stains on the floor and ceiling made the damp and horror impression even more pronounced, honestly it looked more like an inn in a remote district than a villa, in fact it was even worse, please adjust it to the displayed photo to make the lights and the color of the room walls brighter... The kitchen set also looked old so we were reluctant to use it.

The staff and security guards are friendly, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable and far from noise, only the road to the Villa location is a bit difficult and confusing and in my opinion there needs to be additional lighting that is a bit brighter, especially in the kitchen area and its surroundings.

Please note that our rooms are standard rooms, not suites, so they are modest in size. We have clearly stated that our villas feature private bathrooms with showers only, without bathtubs. If bathtubs were included, the price of our villas would be higher. Regarding mosquitoes, since our living rooms are open, some mosquitoes are inevitable. To help with this, we provide mosquito repellent or spray, which you can request from our staff at any time. We also apologize if you felt our staff was unfriendly. Our team members have limited English proficiency, so when guests have requests that are unclear, they often contact our manager to ensure effective communication and avoid misunderstandings. As for the pricing, while you may find our villas expensive, we believe they offer good value relative to your budget and expectations. Once again, thank you for your feedback. The villa is nice and clean, just a bit disappointed with the room, especially the bed, the sheets were holey and uncomfortable to sleep in. The refrigerator was also dirty and a bit smelly, so putting food or drinking water in it was unpleasant to consume. Sorry if the review is a bit disappointing because this is my opinion and experience staying there, and the staff were friendly and nice 🙏🏻🙏🏻
