My goodness is a 4 star villa but it's like a 1 star villa, cobwebs everywhere, broken walls, perforated ceiling only covered with paper in isolation, sorry, like a haunted villa. bat on the ceiling. I was fooled by the photos on display, give up!

The place was spacious, but the condition wasn’t good. They really need to update the villas. We stayed in 2 bedroom villa which was far from the pictures shown. The refrigerator smell bad and the kitchen was dirty. Some of the door handles are loose also. Overall they need to renovate the place. It would be great if they do, because the location was really convenient. A lot of restaurants and not far from the stores.

The villa is poorly maintained, the swimming pool is dirty, the lighting is lacking for the swimming pool and diliving room and it is hot because there is no fan so when eating or gathering the family sweat. And the water in the bathroom is small and there is a lot of moss both in the jacuzzi or the cramp shower. The sofa mat is also gone and there are no sun loungers. Even though the vilannya is good and the size of the swimming pool is okay. It must be noted that many guests return again.

The villa does not match the photos, it is very dirty and dirty (mossy swimming pool, broken entrance and toilet door, dirty toilet, your pillow has no pillowcase and there are dirt marks, even the kitchen set is so dirty, this is really lousy. Very good service staff. The hotel location is a little different from Google Maps. Breakfast is ok Welcome orange juice No mosquitoes We use it well. The warm water from the shower is a little difficult to adjust. The pool is quite turbid, so don't play. There are no ghosts. First, Bali will be shocked with the Krathong offering respect in front of the room. But in the future, will get used to Think of him as a deity. The hotel was overbooked. The management of Bali Swiss Villa did not show up at the frontdesk and I had to speak to them over the telephone. This is very unsatisfying as I am a guest. When the villa is handling situations like this, they don’t understand anything about hospitality. Now they just give a feeling as if they just don’t care about their guests. They moved us to other villa in Legian. The accommodation was old and outdated and did not match with our expectations of the villa we did book. They staff at this villa was very friendly and did their best. They offered us 1 free dinner as compensation. That is not enough in my opinion. At least they should have offered us better accommodation and 2 free dinners in stead of 1 as we stayed for 2 nights.

When I want to check out ... one hour before checking out I have a guest, visit the hotel, when we check out, I bring a little souvenir to my guest, when receiving my items, my friend is holding his personal cellphone, as soon as I received the goods I hiked, I saw his personal cellphone placed on the table and we hurriedly checked out ... the cellphone was left behind and we were all sure if I missed it because of the viewer ... only realized after traveling and we returned to the hotel where still afa some hotel clerk who clean2 after we asked the cellphone they said no and did not find ... we think some employees there who are dishonest about this

AC hot. maintenance is lacking, if you suggest that the kitchen section be given a blower so that it's nice to use it relax, because it's so hot. even hot nights especially during the day. If the facilities are complete, it's good we can cook, smg in the future can be better.
