Parking is available, but it's unusable because the previous car was parked incorrectly. The rooms are dirty, full of cockroaches, and smelly. The water smells of chlorine.

The villa is nice. On the side of the road. Only the parking is a bit cramped. Mrs. Gowok who handles it (don't know if she's the owner or not) is quite friendly. But when I checked in, the villa wasn't completely ready. There were still a lot of dirty towels that hadn't been taken away, but this woman was quick to clean it. You can also cook in this villa, there is a stove, gas, refrigerator and also cooking and eating utensils. There is 1 room downstairs and 1 upstairs. The downstairs room is clean but there are a lot of liung (like big, red millipedes). The upstairs room is very big, but unfortunately the shower water in the bathroom and in the sink feels sticky like chlorine. There is a small swimming pool, but it looks like it's not used, the water looks a bit dirty. Overall, this villa is nice and comfortable.

It's a very nice place in the middle of central Seminyak. Bed and toilet are clean, and the kitchen is also clean. So, if you want to stay around Seminyak with friends and family, this is a nice place to stay.
