The staff is very friendly, they help you carry your stuff, the cleanliness is also great, comfortable, there is a clean garden, the location is very strategic in the middle of Surken, it is really surrounded by food, there are really various foods to choose from, it is also very close to KRB, but if it's a holiday, it will definitely be really congested, so it's better to walk out of Surken first and then look for Grab, the Americano is also delicious, it's great

Booked a superior room, but the toilet was so cramped you had to tiptoe. At night, the bed felt like it was being bitten by a small animal. The neighbors played loud music. The room wasn't soundproof, and even the giggles from the other room could be heard. But the staff was friendly... and the location was great. Easy to get around.

There are many places to eat and the hotel environment is near the market, which is suitable for me who likes to see this activity. The room is clean and comfortable for this price. I didn't try the hotel food because I was busy buying snacks around the hotel.

2 times is enough... I originally booked 1207. The bathroom is spacious. The second time I ordered 1103, the toilet is narrow. It's a bit difficult for a large person. By the way, there's no coffee, tea, kettle, etc. I ended up downgrading 🙂‍↕️ to 1204, the toilet is a bit more spacious. The location is okay. Parking is narrow.

For Superior rooms, we have more bed bathrooms to choose from, so the bathroom size is quite narrow. For our parking, we provide space for 2 cars. If there are more than 2 cars, the parking spaces can be parallel throughout the hotel. For safety, we guarantee security with 24-hour security guards. And for our hot water kettle, we only provide it in Thematic rooms. Thank you for your information. Okay...good. But there's no tea, coffee, or kettle in the room. Maybe I'll ask for hot water at the cafe... The parking space is very narrow, only two cars. Just a suggestion: Maybe a sign should be posted on the garden seating area for guests to chat in their room after 10:00 PM. Last night, someone chatted at 1:20 AM...oh my, it's so close to room 1207. I chatted with the hotel staff, and they didn't take long to arrive. Good.

Stayed in a standard single room for 2 nights. It was clean, with plenty of running water. Unfortunately, there was no window, so the humidity in the room was too high. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was friendly. I'd like to go back and try another room type.
