Cheap price, nice room compared to other hotels in other places with the same price in Bengkalis city. the experience of staying here is impressive. only the restaurant is not smoke-free, something to be aware of especially when bringing small children. hopefully in the future it will be a concern of the hotel management. thank you Berlian.

Good location, close to places of entertainment and shopping. Comfortable and clean. No elevator. If you can't climb stairs, you can try requesting a room downstairs. The food is delicious. Just a little noisy because of the walid bird's nest in the area. Friendly staff.

Saya menyesal pilih hotel ini selain jauh dan tdk d jelaskan kalau harus nyebrang laut. Dan sampai di hotel staff tdk ramah. Dan tidak beri kamar yg saya pesan utk 1 tmpt tdr krn saya bersama suami. Jadi kami d kasi kamar dgn 2 tmpt tdr. Dan kamar yg bau pesing Dan banyak nyamuk. Plus di lt 3! Parah.

I booked a hotel for my guests for business in Bengkalis and chose a diamond hotel, but unfortunately my client was very disappointed at breakfast, the hotel voucher stated free breakfast but once finished my client was charged an additional fee because the hotel policy for breakfast was only charged 35,000/person so we have to pay with the lack of it. It's not a matter of money to be paid but it must be clear that the hotel policy should not mention the free breakfast if that is the case or when checking in it is also explained about the breakfast policy if some have to pay. Anyway I am very disappointed with the policy of this diamond hotel.
