I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made everything so much easier. The room was spacious, clean, and really comfy. They have all the amenities you need, and everything felt modern. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around. Yesterday's experience, I didn't expect there to be an Eid al-Adha prayer in the hotel pool area. Staycation without having to leave the sunnah prayer. Then we ate with family at the Gardenia restaurant, the menu was varied and the taste was delicious". This is the fourth time staying at Bess Mansion and it never fails. Thank you Bess Mansion.

The room is cozy and very spacious. Unfortunately, the mattress feels dusty, and sleeping is uncomfortable because I sneeze from the dust. The food is okay, not too varied for the main course, but it's okay to fill my stomach. Will visit in here for the room and location.

I only stopped here briefly from Malang because I had work in Surabaya at 11am. I regretted it, though, because the atmosphere was actually really nice. I haven't tried the pool yet, but I'll come back next time.

There's a kids' pool on the 10th floor, but unfortunately, there's no place to sit while waiting.

The hotel offers complete facilities and is quite clean. Unfortunately, there's no staff on duty at the pool, which can be a bit confusing when trying to borrow a towel.
The food is quite tasty and the menu is varied. If your kids enjoy watching trains, I recommend booking a room facing Jl. A. Yani.

The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are comfortable, feel very modern, and are quite clean. The swimming pool is excellent, with a very rejuvenating infinity design. The resort is clean and the food is delicious. However, the hot water in the room doesn't work. The lobby and surrounding area are a bit dirty and unattractive. It needs a more creative design, and there's a lot of cigarette ash scattered around.

My first time staying at a 4-star hotel. What impressed me was the friendliness of the staff. Wow, it was amazing. The room was nice, well-equipped, and clean. It was definitely worth it for the 600,000 Rupiah price tag, plus free breakfast. However, the breakfast menu could have been a little more varied, as I found it to be a standard menu (almost the same as most hotels). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

I only stopped here briefly from Malang because I had work in Surabaya at 11am. I regretted it, though, because the atmosphere was actually really nice. I haven't tried the pool yet, but I'll come back next time.

Breakfast is pretty good, but unfortunately, it's chaotic when it's busy, and there's not enough seating.
There's a kids' pool on the 10th floor, but unfortunately, there's no place to sit while waiting.
There's a pool on the 9th floor, but there's not enough space to sit and put clean clothes.

The hotel offers complete facilities and is quite clean. Unfortunately, there's no staff on duty at the pool, which can be a bit confusing when trying to borrow a towel.
The food is quite tasty and the menu is varied. If your kids enjoy watching trains, I recommend booking a room facing Jl. A. Yani.

The hotel is very comfortable. The rooms are comfortable, feel very modern, and are quite clean. The swimming pool is excellent, with a very rejuvenating infinity design. The resort is clean and the food is delicious. However, the hot water in the room doesn't work. The lobby and surrounding area are a bit dirty and unattractive. It needs a more creative design, and there's a lot of cigarette ash scattered around.

My first time staying at a 4-star hotel. What impressed me was the friendliness of the staff. Wow, it was amazing. The room was nice, well-equipped, and clean. It was definitely worth it for the 600,000 Rupiah price tag, plus free breakfast. However, the breakfast menu could have been a little more varied, as I found it to be a standard menu (almost the same as most hotels). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.
