The hot water in the bathroom needs to be improved because it's only lukewarm. The swimming pool needs serious attention because the water isn't very clean, and the bathroom is quite smelly and dirty, with lots of cigarette butts in it.

According to the receptionist, all Superior rooms are smoking rooms. Initially, they wanted to cancel, but were unable to. Upon checking the room, they noticed a slight cigarette odor, but it wasn't significant, so they stayed. This needs to be clarified when booking on the app.
