Awesome hotel, thank you for the male front desk agent (checked in on 13 April from around 4 to 5 pm). Our room got upgraded by him. Also, I asked for an LRT view, and he gave us the best view ever. My son was so happy and couldn't stop looking at the windows. Housekeeping was helpful and friendly. All the staff we met and talked about from the FDA, LP, room service, housekeeping, and pool staff were helpful and friendly. Near to city center and LRT station. Looking forward to our next stay. Hopefully we can get the same room again.

It's always a pleasure staying at Beston with my family. Thank God, this time we were upgraded to a room with one double bed and one free single bed, so our family had more space and comfort to sleep. The breakfast was also excellent, delicious, and child-friendly. Thank you for the excellent facilities and service. 🙏

The hotel is really cool. I hope I can stay here again next time. The breakfast menu is delicious, and it would be better if we added some boiled rice for those on a calorie deficit. The receptionist was friendly, and the other staff were also friendly. The view from the pool is really great. You can swim while watching the LRT pass by. See you soon. My first time staying here and the cleanliness in the room was a bit lacking especially on the tables where there was still a lot of dust, the sheets also had traces of what looked like blood. For breakfast I asked for take away for two people but what was given was only for one person. Indeed, they gave me two boxes but the two boxes were not for two people but only for one person. One box contained fried rice with 4 eggs (two sunny side up, two omelets), another box contained two loaves of bread and some pieces of fruit.
