There is a cafe on the Roof top of the hotel, so no need to bother ordering gofood or going far to find food. The location is very strategic near the highway and the city center. Highly recommended to stay here for both business and family trips.

Kami sangat menikmati suasana Bianco, proses check in-nya cepat dan enggak ribet. Suasana kamarnya juga nyaman, dekat juga mau ke Kebun Raya Bogor dan Botani. Kami sudah beberapa kali staycation di Bianco dan pasti akan datang lagi.

Hotel nyaman dan dekat dengan Kebun Raya, mal, dan coffee shop. Disediakan air mineral di kamar, air panas menyala, toiletries lengkap, TV dan AC menyala walau untuk ruangan dingin butuh waktu. Fasilitas kamar standar, namun pelayanannya oke 👍🏻. Mas-mas yang jaga resepsionis helpful, ramah, dan sabar. Dengan pelayanan yang baik saya tidak ragu akan kembali menginap di sini lagi.

It is an awesomeness. I extend my stay here until 10 days. I love the room, the window, the nice smooth white linens. They only serve breakfast by request, but I love their nasi goreng. thank you bianco costel qnd traveloka! will definitely stay here again obe day!

The location is very strategic, in the city center, close to malls, DAMRI, and delicious restaurants. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Early check-in is possible, but there is an additional fee. The room is clean, quite spacious, and comfortable. The only downsides to the deluxe room are the lack of a water heater for making drinks and the lack of hangers in the bathroom. Otherwise, it's okay, and I'd consider staying here again.

The towels are really bad. If possible, they're already so dirty. I ordered a large bed, but I was given a twin bed instead. I complained and was asked to show my request via the app. Luckily, there was one, but it just made me feel really annoyed. Please pay attention.

This is my second stay at Bianco. I got a different room than the first. This time, the room is smaller, and there's not enough space to spread out a prayer rug. Different price, different room, different extras. The first one was 300,000 IDR without Fast Food. Yesterday, I got 300,000 IDR with Fast Food delivered to my room. It was quite nice to get fried rice and plain tea in bed. Don't forget, there's a key deposit: 50,000 IDR in cash.

If you want to take a shower, you have to hold the shower head, it's not installed. Everything else is fine, but I got a room with a shower head that wasn't nailed down.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff was very friendly, even though check-in was at 3 a.m. due to a two-way flight delay. It's a great location for staying near Bogor and Taman Raya Bogor.
