Bigland Hotel Bogor is located in a fairly strategic area, although it’s tucked a bit inside a residential neighborhood. On the bright side, this provides a quieter and more peaceful environment compared to hotels located on main roads.
The hotel is conveniently close to Pakuan University and just a short walk from one of Bogor’s well-known and bustling coffee shops. The lobby area is quite unique, as it is located in the basement—definitely something different from most hotels.
The room was decent and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. Overall, Bigland is a recommended option for anyone looking for accommodation in Bogor City.

Staying at this hotel is really great! 😍 The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is cozy, you can also enjoy the mountain views when the weather is clear, and it's really easy to get around. Finding food nearby is also easy, with lots of choices. It's also close if you want to go for a walk to the Bogor Botanical Gardens or to the surrounding malls. Overall, it's highly recommended for those who want a relaxing vacation or staycation! 🌿🛏️🍴

This hotel is very easy to access, especially if you exit the Baranangsiang Toll Road—it only takes a few minutes to get there. It's strategically located in the city center, close to culinary areas and tourist attractions.
Parking was a bit confusing at first because the lobby parking lot is located downstairs, so it was a bit confusing to distinguish between the front and back doors.
Perhaps you could consider having 2-3 security guards on duty from the entrance to the lobby area, so guests can be clearly directed to the parking area and the hotel entrance.
When I arrived, there happened to be two weddings taking place at the same time, so the queue in the lobby was quite long due to the large number of invited guests. Despite this, the staff were friendly and tried to help manage the flow of guests as best as possible.
Breakfast was generally delicious, varied, and refills were quick. The menu selection was extensive and the food was satisfying. A bonus was the view of Mt. Salak.
I stayed in a Deluxe King Balcony room, and overall it was great—the room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. I wish the balcony were a bit larger, but it's still enough to enjoy the fresh morning air and view of the city.
Overall, Bigland Hotel Bogor is highly recommended for a staycation or family event in the city center.
Strategic location, complete facilities, delicious food, and friendly service — just a few improvements are needed in the parking area and guest management for large events.

I was wake up and find there is water leak in my room. Lucky, it did not break any of my electronics. The water came from sink pipe, that explain some smell. The housekeeping was very helpful, but no compensation or sincere apology from the office.

Fun and family friendly. Complete facilities. The room was clean and even had a smart TV. The staff were friendly.
The only minus was the parking area, it’s a bit tight, especially for larger cars. Also, during heavy rain, the pool tends to overflow.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.
We’d definitely come back for another family vacation. Keep it up!

The studio room type is priced at 600 thousand rupiah without breakfast, not worth it... the room is also ordinary, the bathroom is small. The car parking is also narrow, going up and down, so it's a hassle.

The hotel lobby feels like an underground tunnel, cramped, and the reception area's ceiling resembles a basement. However, the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is also delicious. The lighting in the room suits my taste. Hopefully, this hotel will continue to improve.

This hotel is very easy to access, especially if you exit the Baranangsiang Toll Road—it only takes a few minutes to get there. It's strategically located in the city center, close to culinary areas and tourist attractions.
Parking was a bit confusing at first because the lobby parking lot is located downstairs, so it was a bit confusing to distinguish between the front and back doors.
Perhaps you could consider having 2-3 security guards on duty from the entrance to the lobby area, so guests can be clearly directed to the parking area and the hotel entrance.
When I arrived, there happened to be two weddings taking place at the same time, so the queue in the lobby was quite long due to the large number of invited guests. Despite this, the staff were friendly and tried to help manage the flow of guests as best as possible.
Breakfast was generally delicious, varied, and refills were quick. The menu selection was extensive and the food was satisfying. A bonus was the view of Mt. Salak.
I stayed in a Deluxe King Balcony room, and overall it was great—the room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities met my expectations. I wish the balcony were a bit larger, but it's still enough to enjoy the fresh morning air and view of the city.
Overall, Bigland Hotel Bogor is highly recommended for a staycation or family event in the city center.
Strategic location, complete facilities, delicious food, and friendly service — just a few improvements are needed in the parking area and guest management for large events.

I was wake up and find there is water leak in my room. Lucky, it did not break any of my electronics. The water came from sink pipe, that explain some smell. The housekeeping was very helpful, but no compensation or sincere apology from the office.

Fun and family friendly. Complete facilities. The room was clean and even had a smart TV. The staff were friendly.
The only minus was the parking area, it’s a bit tight, especially for larger cars. Also, during heavy rain, the pool tends to overflow.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety.
We’d definitely come back for another family vacation. Keep it up!

The studio room type is priced at 600 thousand rupiah without breakfast, not worth it... the room is also ordinary, the bathroom is small. The car parking is also narrow, going up and down, so it's a hassle.

The hotel lobby feels like an underground tunnel, cramped, and the reception area's ceiling resembles a basement. However, the staff is friendly and efficient. The food is also delicious. The lighting in the room suits my taste. Hopefully, this hotel will continue to improve.

Staying at this hotel is really great! 😍 The rooms are comfortable, the atmosphere is cozy, you can also enjoy the mountain views when the weather is clear, and it's really easy to get around. Finding food nearby is also easy, with lots of choices. It's also close if you want to go for a walk to the Bogor Botanical Gardens or to the surrounding malls.
