we ordered the superior one, previously we had been here only in a guesthouse, if I remember I had been here 3 times and now I ordered the hotel type. There have been improvements in terms of facilities, plus there is a special room for children to play. the room is spacious, there is 1 king bed and 1 single bed, free access to the swimming pool, that's what makes it different from a guesthouse. because we have often stayed here, so that's a sign that we are comfortable here because the access is close to the side of the road and also close to tourist attractions everywhere.

We had a superior room on the first floor, right next to the reception. This made it easier to get food or retrieve items from the car. The lobby also features a kids' playroom. Room 101 offers easy access to the lobby, reception, playroom, and parking. The room features two queen-size beds (160x200) and a single bed (100x200). There's also a sofa and a refrigerator. Because it's on the first floor, there's no balcony, but there's a back terrace with a view of the wall and plants. This creates a more private atmosphere.

Staying in a standard room on the 2nd floor has a balcony with a view overlooking the car park area. The balcony door can be opened and the afternoon sun comes in but it doesn't make it hot because it was raining continuously. The room is spacious with two queen-sized beds (160x100) and a single bed (100x200). There is a sofa and a coffee table in the standard room. Amenities provided are towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and soap and shampoo all bundled together. To be honest, there was one family member staying in a standard room on the 1st floor. It has exactly the same as on the 2nd floor, but there is no balcony. Instead, there is a small terrace at the back, like Ubud vibes with a view of walls and plants. This room on the 1st floor can be said to be suitable for those who like a cool and more muted atmosphere.

A hotel you wouldn't expect from its ordinary facade, but inside, it has a water slide that's a decent size for having fun with the kids. For a budget that's not too expensive, you can get a hotel with spacious, clean rooms, a water heater, breakfast, and a fairly large pool. A fun staycation here is easy, and access is easy, right on the edge of Puncak highway, so you don't have to get stuck in long traffic jams going up, still in the lower area.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is very spacious, easy access to everywhere nearby, the facilities are complete, there is a kids play area indoors, swimming pool, this hotel will be remembered if you go to Puncak again. Suggestion, during your stay you can't access Wi-Fi because the signal is very weak, it doesn't detect it on iOS, hopefully it will be fixed soon 😍 The rest is very good.

The staff is friendly and very helpful when asked. We had a problem with the water heater in our room, but when we called, the team arrived quickly. Thank God, it was resolved. It's really annoying to book a standard room and get a non-AC one. The reason is that the hotel data indicates a non-AC room, even though the app clearly stated a standard room.
The facilities are decent, with a swimming pool, mini zoo, and playground, although the playground is a mess.
