The staff is friendly, the service is good, but the building could use some improvements. The toilet has a small water supply, so you have to use a dipper. The room locks, if possible, are difficult to open/lock. Hopefully, they will be improved in the future.

Friendly staff, from the receptionist to the handyman. Quick response to any needs, delivered directly to your room. I highly recommend staying here again if you're in Pangandaran, as it's close to the nature reserve, the west and east beaches. The strategic location, ample parking, and easy access to and from your vehicle are also convenient.

The hotel staff is friendly. However, please pay attention to all the facilities. The rickety mattress springs hurt your back, the AC isn't cold, the water heater doesn't work, and the TV is broken and has been waiting for hours to be repaired. If all of these things were taken care of, I'd definitely feel at home.

I chose a gazebo that looked nice from the outside, but inside it was terrible... there were spider webs on the ceiling, no wardrobe or at least clothes hangers (so clothes were stored on the bed), there wasn't a single mirror (luckily I brought a small mirror), the hot water didn't work, the drain hole in the toilet didn't have a lid so cockroaches could get in and out... I was forced to extend my stay in that room because other accommodations were full... This is the first time I've experienced something like that😏

Even though I have complaints, I will still give a good rating because I don't want this mistake to happen again to other customers. Hopefully it will be material for future improvements. Thank you

During the check-in process, it was really difficult because you had to come to the hotel lobby area/not in the villa area 2. The electricity suddenly went out at 04.30 on the second day of my stay (really disrupted my rest time) 4. There were no guards on standby around the villa until I had to come to the hotel lobby 5.
