Disappointing at that price. Check-in at 20.30, room is not ready. After entering, there was still food waste and used masks, as well as cigarette ashes in the drawer and smelled bad. The bathroom also smells.

The sitting closet in the room was broken and couldn't flush. I have complained to the hotel and asked to change rooms, but received no response. In the end, every time you want to go to the toilet, you have to go outside to a public toilet! Very annoying. Even though I paid for 300 thousand. I am very disappointed. I won't be staying here again!

Actually we were wrong. We should have expected the "number of stars" written. Because it was night and tired just made the decision to stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, the price is a bit expensive, the car park is a bit cramped and the Malioboro area is often opened and closed so it's a little messy to get to the hotel. Next time we will look for something a little far from Malioboro so the price is a little cheaper and take a rickshaw to Malioboro. It's more fun.

The dirtiest room I've ever seen. Dirty drinking water heater when I checked in, sheets that were not replaced, an indifferent receptionist.

Pelayanan buruk. Pertama, sudah reserfasi dari 1 bulan yang lalu, sudah bayar full tapi di buku catatan tidak ada. Ke dua, pas datang, resepsionisnya gak ada jadi kita harus nunggu petugasnya datang dan lama sekali. Ketiga, lampu mati. Ke empat, kotor. Ke lima, remot AC diganti dengan remot yang rusak.

It's not worth the price, AC is leaking dripping to my head and pillow while I was sleeping, that I have to ask for changing room. The room is small doesn't looks like as the photos on the website. It's not recommended.

Simply put this hotel is not good enough to be put in the website. Badly need renovation. The building was dirty and many parts broken. Functioning was not functioning. Bathroom is very old and not clean. Just extremely bad. Towels, garbage bin, soaps were not provided.

I ordered a suite room but given the small standard room. After I complained, then given a suite room with dirty bathroom and the bowl did not function. It was then taken care of on the second day at around 3 pm after calling many tines. A very bad place to stay. Run down and dirty toilet. Not recommendedfor anyone.
