The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to get everywhere. It's great for solo and short trips. Not recommended for families or couples! The room isn't soundproof. The bathroom is shared but clean enough, with toothbrushes, towels, soap, shampoo, and slippers included.

Only suitable for those in transit and just sleeping. The bathroom isn't clean enough, there's only one prayer area, and ablution is in the bathroom. It's very noisy, and there's no soundproofing from the adjoining rooms. The mattress smells of medicated oil :( I won't be coming back here again, confused as to why the reviews are so good, huhu

The staff is annoying. The rules are troublesome, with no tolerance. My child was forced to share a room and sleep alone because the rules only allow two people in a room. It was a hassle to open the locker and change shoes every time I went in and out, because I had to wear thin and uncomfortable hotel slippers inside the room. The room was super cramped. I couldn't pray in the room. Even opening my suitcase was difficult. The bathroom was outside and shared with many people who didn't necessarily maintain cleanliness. The bathroom felt like I was rinsing off in a swimming pool. The toilet, sink, and shower were in separate rooms, which was very inconvenient and difficult.
