As soon as I opened the bedroom door, I was greeted by baby cockroaches. The pool was full of leaves. I didn't expect the fried rice to be spicy, even though there were children and parents present. The bathroom drain in 306 was not properly drained, so the bathwater pooled.

The room was clean, with cool air conditioning and hot water. The room wasn't soundproof, and noise from outside could be heard, including traffic and music from the neighboring hotel. Visiting during a national holiday, breakfast was lacking in variety and no fried eggs were available.

1. Why have rules if they're violated? The pedestrian area is used for parking, making it difficult for pedestrians to pass. 2. There's no shampoo provided in the bathroom, and the soap is limited, only enough for one shower. Please pay attention, as this is important, and the price is already quite high for such facilities.
