At that time, I randomly chose the hotel.. Anyway, I got it, because it was high season during the Eid holiday😍🥰 Alhamdulillah.. I got a hotel with a beautiful view, it was clean, and the room was enough for our family (2 rooms, 4 adults, 1 child).

it was a small hotel with a cabin concept. I just stayed for one night. the cabin was small but I order a room with a view. but the interesting part is that the view from the hotel was really great even though sometimes it was covered with fog. the thing that was surprising me was the food. all were great and never fail. and the view from the restaurant was very lovely. very recommended if you wanna stay in bromo area.

The place is very nice, but if you are traveling with a family and bringing children, it doesn't seem suitable because you can't add a mattress and the mattress is only 160 cm in size, so it's very narrow.

Cold floor, no carpet, TV signal, only 2 hot water, sometimes it turns off, sometimes it turns on, the price of 1.2 in my opinion is expensive with such facilities. 2 million, when I checked out, I was told to pay for food that wasn't ordered, but I didn't believe it. Most recently, if there is a guest with the wrong room number, take food, you should check first with other employees.

Lebih bijak untuk menginap di hotel ini, aturan nya terlalu ketat untuk tamu dan gak ada solusi dari pihak receptionist, kami memesan 1 kamar via aplikasi yang menurut kami untuk harga 1.250.000 dengan fasilitas yang didapat tidak sebanding. Kami dengan 3 anak tidak diperkenankan check in dengan alasan hotel hanya memfasilitasi 2 orang dewasa dan 1 anak dengan tambah extra bed yang saat itu kami di handle oleh receptionist atas nama Bagas. Saudara Bagas hanya menyuruh menghubungi pihak agen online sendiri & menjawab ini resiko kami kalau tamu mau memberi rating rendah dan mengatakan kalau peraturan nya ada di halaman saat reservasi di aplikasi. Baru kali ini kami menginap di hotel yang pelayanan nya seperti ini, akhirnya karena kondisi kami sudah capek, kami harus pesan lagi 1 kamar dengan harga 1.250.000. (total 2 kamar 2.5 juta), fasilitas di kamar hanya 5 channel TV, air panas yang tidak konstan panasnya, makanan yang dijatah menu nya. Setelah kami baca review hotel ini ternyata banyak komplain yang sama tentang hotel ini, dan tidak ada perbaikan dari pihak manajamen hotel atas komplain tersebut. Tamu yang akan menginap di hotel ini, tolong baca dulu aturan di hotel ini sebelum menyesal kemudian

Enough to order this hotel once. The hotel is not as good as the one in the photo. The receptionist was very unfriendly, even very arrogant. The parking lot is very narrow and the incline into the hotel is quite high so even tall cars can crash. Still about 1 hour to Bromo. Here also only accepts 2 adults and 1 child. If you bring more than 1 child, regardless of age, you will be asked to add a room at a price far above what we pay through the application. Initially, it was not allowed to ask for an extra bed, so it was okay after complaining through an online agent. But it was already lazy with the receptionist's attitude, so we just stayed at the hotel, of course without a refund. Grateful for other hotels that are much more comfortable and have professional service. Try reading the other reviews carefully if you want to stay here

Kamar bersih, kamar mandi bersih, sarapan enak, juice nya kurang ada rasa, selimutnya agak bau lembab tapi masih bisa di ignore, karyawannya ramah semua, baca di ulasan ada karyawan cewek yang gak ramah kebetulan saya gak lihat lagi karyawan itu, air panasnya kurang stabil mungkin karena pakai gas, kesetnya kayaknya harus diganti warnanya udah pudar bukan standar hotel, sendal hotelnya juga kurang nyaman suka copot copot terus, di sini kalo lebih dari 2 orang sekamar wajib kena biaya tambahan sebesar 300.000 udah plus sarapan. TV nya jadul chanelnya sinetron semua, lebih bagus ganti smart TV atau android TV, soalnya udah jarang orang nonton TV konvesional, dapet harga 1,2juta+extrabed 300.000, kalo nginep di kota udah dapet hotel bagus standar international, tapi mungkin ini kan di pelosok jadi ya mungkin banyak biaya tambahan yang bikin hotel ini mahal, saingannya cuma jiwa Jawa sama Platatan Bromo yang harganya lebih mahan 2 kali lipat. Jadi untuk daerah Bromo buat yang masih masuk di kantong bagus hotelnya cuma ini. Bisa pesen jeep dari hotel buat ke Bromo harga 800rb, bisa minta dibangunkan sama karyawan hotelnya pas subuh jam 3. Sopir jeep nya mas atif ramah banget, sepanjang perjalanan kayak belajar sejarah sama dia diceritain semua tentang Bromo dan suku Tengger.

Can't make a crowd. Count the people. Breakfast food is ordinary. The location still has to go up again if you go to Bromo. Pretty clean. Good mattress. But I don't want to come back again. Doesn't match the price.

Stayed in 2 rooms, and both of them didn't have hot water... we showered with cold water that was as cold as ice, the children cried because they showered with cold water. The rule is that bed linen cannot be stained, so we are very careful. Breakfast is pretty good, choose one there is nasgor, soto, pecel, american breakfast. Clean hotel, fast wifi, instagramable, if you want to order a jeep for sunrise and trips, you can order through the hotel all at once and it's not complicated, staff is helpful.

Very clean, very tidy, beautiful, good food, fun. There are rooms with connecting doors for those who want to stay as a family. Minus there are no attendants to help in the narrow parking lot and is already full of guest cars on weekends. 1 more minus, the restaurant above the lobby is not convincing because there are no officers who are always ready to welcome orders. We didn't find anyone when we wanted to have dinner, we had to go down to the lobby first to ask the receptionist. Even though it turned out to be good food, and everything that was ordered turned out to be available. Breakfast is not a buffet, but offered 4 menu packages, american breakfast packages, pecel packages, soto packages, and fried rice packages.
