Very bad experience. We booked 2 rooms. The rooms were very uncomfortable, the lights were a bit dim, the walls of the room were uncomfortable because some sides were visible from the outside maybe because of bamboo, some parts of the room were dusty, the mosquito net seemed very old, the fan was very dirty & dusty, the glass & paintings were also dull, the windows or the like could not be locked and looked like they were about to collapse and were shaking, the bathroom outside was dirty and uncomfortable and the path to the bathroom was a bit dark and surrounded by flowers that were like trees. My child screamed in fear. After checking in and seeing this room, we immediately moved to another hotel that was more comfortable, even though we had paid quite a lot here, so it was a loss but a valuable lesson. Will never go to this hotel again. Hopefully no one experiences this again.

Kalo dari view dan lokasinya yang dipinggir pantai, kami sekeluarga sangat suka sekali walaupun memang tidak ada kolam renang. Tapi dalam hal semuanya. Mulai dari keramah tamahan pihak bawa beach Cave & Villas jauh dari harapan yang semestinya, lalu tempat penginapan (Villanya) yang kurang bahkan tidak terurus dengan baik, handukpun kita harus minta dulu, kemudian rerumputan di sekitar villa dan lokasi penginapan yang seperti semak belukar yang horor/menakutkan dari hewan melata berbisa seperti ular, kelabang, kalajengking dan lain-lain. Kita kwatir banget kalo kalo ada binatang binatang tersebut masuk ke dalam villa. Saya yang biasa menginap dengan membawa istri dan ke 3 anak saya tidak merekomendasikan untuk menginap di Villa tersebut bagi pasangan suami istri yang memiliki anak kecil selama Villa tersebut belum di benahi baik keramah tamahan pihak villanya, dan kenyamanan serta keamanan penginapannya. Tapi saya percaya, apabila Villa tersebut segera dibenahi secara total apalagi ditambahkan kolam renang dan jumlah Villa atau kamarnya diperbanyak, pasti akan banyak yang menginap di sana walaupun lokasinya agak di ujung pelabuhan ratu. Ini cuma sekedar masukan yah. Selebihnya tinggal tergantung pemilik Villa tersebut. Terima kasih.

Nature Experience. Nature,near beach, sound of wave. excited. Kalau mau cari kesederhanaan dan alami yah kesini. memang tidak ada ac. tp malam cukup dingin. Viewnya waw. Private beach. clean beach. anak-anak bisa main. Minusnya tidak ada handuk, toilet bareng2 dan perlengkapan toilet. Maklum ini bukan hotel bro. Selebihnya nice. Pemilik dan orang2nya ramah semua. Thanks for the weekend.

I ordered 2 villas for 8 adults and an additional 2 small children (2 and 3 years) who at the beginning of the booking via the application there were no additional fees for the 2 small children. But once at the villa, the management bills the charge for toddlers 50 thousand / night without compromise. Not toloes to review again and with partners, I am disadvantaged as a consumer here. Additional info is also for other visitors, if in this villa the owner maintains 2 dogs that roam freely in all areas of the villa. So for Muslim visitors who are uncomfortable with tasih matters, it can be a consideration too.

The price is a little bit high considering the facilities and services available here. The location is perfect, as it is situated right at the beach. Unfortunately, the bathrooms and toilets are outside (shared), so privacy is not so great. The villas are well built (from wood and bamboo), although the fan, door locks and hinges are already corroded. bed mattresses are already worn out, and curved, and the bed sheets are somewhat sticky. This is not recommended If you expect a hotel room set up (with amenities, etc.), but if like a more natural setting with bare necessities, and the sound of crashing waves (along with occasional gecko's calls) this is acceptable. Despite the fact the the accommodation is below our expectation, our stay is still enjoyable.

Friendly service, fast response. Little input, greatly reducing privacy because all types of rooms or villas have no bathroom inside but there are public bathrooms and buildings that use bamboo there are many gaps, so it can be clearly seen from the outside looking into the room, and besides only providing 1 towel for 1 room / villa, not provided free mineral water in the room.
