The staff is friendly and comfortable, but unfortunately when I checked in, the bedsheets were dirty and had blood stains, even though it was the best for the price - the TV facilities are not smart yet.

need a lot of improvement and more repairs in bwalk hotel. The cleanliness of the room and its facilities need to be really paid attention to especially the sheets, pillows and towels, I was just transiting but felt very uncomfortable to stay or stay at bwalk hotel

The room is pricy for the given low quality facilities. No tissue in the bathroom. No rubbish bin in the bathroom. The floor is not clean. Dust on the floor is visible. They do not provide tea maker or water heater in the room. No tea/coffee pack. Only 2 mineral water. The towels are old and do not look clean. Disappointing.

So far my experience during my stay is all okay, except the bathroom water is very slow and the water is not hard enough. For the motorbike parking area, I'm a bit worried. Because it is in a place that is not monitored and is prone to theft. It is highly recommended to have a guard.
