I was just taking a gamble on staying because I was tired from driving, so even if it was bad, I'd just accept it, as long as I could rest. My second staycation here, highly recommended. The atmosphere is addictive. If possible, next time the children's pool can also be heated so the children can have even more fun, warm water while playing on the slide 😁. There are many food menus, but some of the taste is still not quite right. But overall, I like the service and facilities, it's really great 👏😆

The view was top-notch, the room was clean, but the AC wasn't cold enough. A 1 HP AC is recommended for a room this size, so it wouldn't be too hot during the day. The breakfast menu was varied and quite tasty. Our family really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel's view is beautiful, and the facilities are quite complete, including a heated swimming pool, gym, and prayer room. I happened to get a deluxe room, located on a fairly noisy roadside. The bedsheets were not very clean; they were worn and had dirty stains. I found pieces of tissue on the bed, and the floor was also sticky.

When I stayed there, it happened to be a long holiday, so most of the hotel rooms were occupied. I was unlucky enough to get rooms to the left and right, and the noise continued until 9:30 p.m., with children running around and chairs being dragged around in the neighboring rooms. Fortunately, after I complained to the front desk and received a warning, things calmed down.

The villa is absolutely gorgeous. The room has a pool, not a bathtub. It's spacious, even four people can dive in. The kids didn't want to leave. The definition of coming back.

Second time here, and want to come back again. I think everything is really good, 99% suitable for a family vacation. The only minus is that the room is not soundproof, the next room is really noisy. Plus yesterday I got room number 18 which I think is too close to the main road so the noise is even more. Hopefully there is a policy to make it a little soundproof because my family and I are comfortable when we come to Garut staying here. The staff is super duper friendly from the security guard who helped direct us to the reception, then when we arrived at the reception we were also greeted in a friendly manner and the explanation was very detailed. The food at the restaurant is delicious, the breakfast is varied, the view is beautiful and the cleanliness of all areas of the hotel and villa is really cool. Keep up the good work, brothers and sisters, bismillah we will see you again another time. 🥰🙏
