Unfriendly service. Always directing additional costs on the grounds fu room and directed up room type after arguing because usually in other hotels the room type is raised. After that, look at the payment receipt on the grounds that the room is ready but what is transferred does not match the hotel fee so you still have to add costs. Room smells of damp and dust.

When checking in the receptionist did not know there was an order by the Traveloka Site. low response. booked room requested no smoking. Instead of smoking. Even though the room has AC. But guests were left to smoke inside the air-conditioned room. Ask to change rooms, the room is full. My child is still a baby so I have to sleep on the outside couch while waiting for the smell of the cigarette to disappear. The hotel solution only provides air freshener. Let us be outside the room waiting for the smell of cigarettes to disappear. there was no response from the employee, even though the employee paced in front of us. Very unfriendly. very dirty rooms under all the trash mattresses. Sounds from outside sound clear. The ordinary breakfast was very, very unsatisfying I was disappointed not to be going to this hotel again.
