the fist room it has electric problems then then they move us to the terrible room, no WiFi at all, they said it has problem, but I'm pretty sure that I book that room including the WiFi, the person who help me to check in doesn't care at all when we have electricity problems start from 1 pm until 6pm can u imagine?

So I checked on January 2nd at 14.05, entered and stored our stuff, we deliberately turned on the AC when we went out so that the room would feel cool when we returned to the hotel at 21.30 it was not cold and I couldn't even tune the TV with the excuse of interference, the bathroom was dirty as if it had never been cleaned, the gas stove didn't work, the room was not clean. If for example the TV was interfering and the AC wasn't cold, the consumer should have been offered a room change, not just a solution of interference. As consumers, we want good service. Thx

Disappointing experience, the price is indeed cheap but for that price the MINIMUM facilities are in GOOD condition, not DAMAGED (the shower closet jet is loose, the work desk is broken, the chair has holes, the sheets are dirty, the TV doesn't turn on, the remote is broken, the AC is not cold enough), the intention to rest (transit) becomes bad mood, the admin wa is not up to standard in answering my message, where there are no towels, soap and drinking water provided, inside it is really empty. Rather than a cheap price but disappointing, it is better to increase the price a little but the facilities are not disappointing.

My body is itchy from sleeping here, The picture in the application is just a sweetener, the real condition is very dirty, the elevator smells of waste disposal, there is no wifi, the room has many small cockroach nest holes, the mattress is full of fleas, the floor has never been mopped, no towels or mats are provided from the start, the air conditioner is hot, there is an electricity token in the room so the electricity can go out suddenly. My body feels itchy after staying there because I was looking for something close to the station. For those looking for accommodation close to the station, consider looking for accommodation close to other stations, because everything is integrated in the Jabodetabek area, you can use the KRL everywhere

There were mites on the pillow, the sheets were full of stains, the shower connected to the toilet didn't work, they said they would fix it, but they didn't. The TV was messed up and didn't support connecting to a cellphone. The curtains were torn, the wifi didn't give me a pass. I asked for the sheets to be replaced, but luckily they did. But there were still lots of stains (maybe the laundry wasn't clean/what).

Well, maybe according to the price. If you want comfort, you have to be willing to pay more. The old building is not maintained, the bathroom shower jet is broken, the sheets and pillows are full of sperm marks. The table was broken, the window and curtains were torn.
