The hotel is big and strategic, there are many food stalls next to the hotel, close to Galeria Mall, only the basement parking is not directly connected to the lobby so you have to go outside, but everything is comfortable and pleasant.

The bathroom smells, the water provided in the dispenser is dirty, the first room was quite dusty, so we asked to move rooms and were able to (good side), the room is not soundproof if there are people talking in the common area or corridor, it is very clear to hear, this is quite disturbing to comfort.

The location is good, with plenty of eateries outside the hotel. However, there doesn't seem to be any security guarding the parking lot, so we had to move our motorcycles ourselves when we got out. The room was okay, but the AC was a bit noisy.

The location is very good. The room is also not too cramped. However, the bathroom maintenance needs to be paid more attention. When I first entered the room, I smelled an unpleasant odor which turned out to be coming from the bathroom. It wasn't urine, but it was like a musty must. Some bathroom furniture should have been replaced, such as the trash can, toothbrush cups, and if possible, don't use plastic cups. The soap dish was very dirty and unsuitable. Several times I had difficulty parking the car because no one directed me where to park, there was a valet sign but no one helped me either.
