The bedroom is spacious, the bathroom is also spacious, the air conditioner is not cold enough, but can get a simple breakfast with indo food delivered directly to the room and it's good, the WiFi is okay, the TV network is bad so it's not clear so it's not good. up to 4 puppets. there is a sofa too. maybe if from the outside, this building looks ugly and does not take care of it, and when it enters even in the area of the terma customer building really old building. quiet. But fortunately the service is still okay. The most important thing is not too early (empty) and very late at night. It is rather build too, but can get a 2 star hotel like that.

I booked the room with 1 extra bed but they did not provide It and the receptionist said It because the room capacity is only for 2 people. No toiletries but towel, they didn't provide mineral water in the room. only 1 public water dispenser near check in counter. The room is actually big and clean just lack of maintenance so It looks like abandone old big house which kinda creepy (I also upload some pictures).

Lying, not in accordance with the photos, so disappointed! The house is bad, unlike what was expected in my expectations, the palace house doesn't know the house, there is only a photo of the sultan, the room is only a decent bed, the service is very bad, only 1 person is guarding the house and often cannot be found, the price is too expensive! Severe.

Overall the rooms are arranged, neat and clean. TV in the room happened to be a Junior Suite, AC, lights, fridge all worked well. For bathub and showerroom, maybe her sister forgot to turn on the water reservoir. I also forgot to ask hahahaha. Bed size 180x200, 5 door wardrobe. This room has a classic European style. Perfect. So if you go to Jogja, just take this. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, so I forgot to check it out. Moreover, my husband and I also rushed to the inn group, try if not. Definitely very satisfied, really feel at home here. The owner is friendly. Thank you, cece.

Superior okay room. Clean too. Only minus is not provided by mineral water. There is only small soap and 1 sachet of zinc shampoo. Continuing to stay two nights there can only be breakfast once, the rule should be 2 times. Trimmed close to the same with malioboro. Yes, okay. Only the price is not worth it if you can get breakfast.

The location is not far from the center of Malioboro, there are many restaurant snacks, warungs and roadside lesehan to the branches, the place is not crowded. The rooms are poorly maintained and the sheets have to be replaced for a longer time, which is cleaner, not white. So it's rather uncomfortable to sleep.

I ordered the hotel to include breakfast, but did not have breakfast at all, toothpaste soap and brushes, lucky to always bring it yourself. We were late for check-out which should be 12 o'clock, check-out at 1:00 p.m. was charged 25rb / hour. For clean and comfortable rooms, air conditioning is also okay.

The staff is friendly, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, wifi is strong, there is a mini fridge in the room. Just for the TV, it's not clear. on everything and still a tube TV. there is warm water too. And for his location, it was entered in the gang of Muhamadiyah (so it was quite confused yesterday, how come), if it's breakfast, it's a standard Indonesian home-cooked food.

The place is clean, although the place to take a shower and defecate is far enough (the room above while the bathroom and toilet are below) ... for the mattress is rather uncomfortable, even though using spring bed but the mattress I use has a perforated tip (rather dangerous anyway) ... but a full AC room ... for those who want early check in, here it can't (check in at 1:00 p.m., check out 12:00) but can leave the bag and we can walk out first

Four years ago I stopped by because my friends stayed here. The atmosphere was really nice, so without thinking about the holidays yesterday I wanted to stay here too, but yesterday's 2-day stay was immediately disappointed. When entering the room, the floor of the room was dirty and dusty. Enter the bathroom, the water tap feels rusty. For toiletries only towels, bar soap and sachet shampoo are provided, without toothbrushes. TV broadcasts, which according to reference are indovision but only local TVs. Breakfast: morning toast is made with the eggs of cow cheese or jam and a sausage that has been fried. When checking out, the hotel does not provide late check-out services, so we have to leave the hotel at 12 or get an additional fee. It seems like I don't stay here next time, hopefully it can be an improvement.
