perfect! friendly staff, clean and beautiful rooms and environment, every few hours the yard is always cleaned, the pool is clean and moss-free. delicious breakfast food. hopefully can come back to East Sumba.

The bungalows of wood are very cozy and in style, clean, the place is silent. The garden has a lot of trees and flowers, lots of birds and butterflies. Behind the area of the bungalows you can see paddy fields up to the next forest and you can walk around. Staff is very friendly and helpful, professional. Food is good and there is always an afternoon snack. Good place for leisure or for work (like me)

Everything was great.
Affordable price.
I booked the cottage.
The cottage is suitable for families because it has two bedrooms and one bathroom.
There's also a swimming pool.
The atmosphere is cool because there are lots of trees. Parking is quite spacious.
However, please provide a large trash can in the cottage room.

nice and clean hotel, all services are good..the only drawback of this hotel is that it is very disturbing because there is no soundproofing so that people chatting can be heard until the snoring sound of the next room is also disturbing..it is also possible that our voices can be heard by the people next door..so we are forced to whisper when chatting..maybe because the rooms are all made of wood so there is no soundproofing

The check-in process is quite quick. The staff are very helpful. The location of the hotel is not too far from the airport, but not close from the city center. Foods/breakfast are okay. The swimming pool is clean. The bedroom and bathroom are quite clean. However, the bedroom wooden wall is not thick, so I could hear the voices clearly from when people next door talked.

Really love the atmosphere! The staffs are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in accommodating what guests want. I originally from Sumba and I know that some places that supposed to offer hospitality service are still struggling to train their workers to be solution makers and more friendly. However in Cassa Kandara, you nailed it! Good job! Btw, this is one of my family fave spots for swimming while enjoying delicious fried banana aka pisang goreng with cappuccino.

How come the rooms are full of wood so there is a certain impression of staying here. The mattress is nice and soft. The AC actually has to be turned on for a while to make it feel hot. But overall it's nice to stay here.
