Actually, the location of this hotel is strategic in the area around Kedung Baruk and Merr Surabaya. The room is quite good, the mattress looks old. The cleanliness of the hotel area is not clean and not well maintained, just entering the hotel gate, the view is already dirty, not well maintained. The parking lot is quite spacious, you can park in front of the room. The price should be cheaper, around 150, adjusting to the facilities provided. The hotel area is far from food stalls.

Kamar kotor ga pernah dipel berdebu, telapak kaki sampai hitam, kamar mandi juga kotor, handuk dan bed sheet sudah tidak putih lagi perlu diganti, pelayanan bagus sigap, kamar saya lampu mati langsung diganti, air kenceng & bisa panas, parkir luas, ada parkir di halaman dalam. Hotel perlu perawatan sayang sebenarnya. Misal setiap hari di pel pasti bersih. Kami datang langsung ngepel pakai keset, akhirnya lumayan bersih.
