The hotel location is very strategic, the rooms are clean. Maybe an AC remote control can be provided in each room, you can buy it on Shopee for 30 thousand, this is more than the 5th time I've stayed here. Thanks.

We had hopes for Cavery Beach Hotel, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.
The whole hotel seemed abandoned and the owners seemed very surprised when we arrived (a group of 8 people) even though we had a booking several days before.
When we arrived, we were told that the room we’d originally booked wasn’t available due to some water damage, which had caused part of the ceiling to collapse. The owner explained it was a recent issue.
The room we were given instead was not in good shape. It felt damp, and there was a noticeable musty smell throughout, with some visible mold in the hotel rooms.
The whole place had an uncomfortable, moist feeling. After about an hour, we decided to book somewhere else. It just wasn’t what we were hoping for.

Direct view of the beach. Comfortable and nice to relax. In the room there are toiletries, soap, clean towels, there is a water heater kettle, no coffee/tea sachets are provided, the TV picture is not clean because it opens cable TV, the air conditioner is cold

Gimana ya. Sangat disayangkan tempatnya menyuguhkan pemandangan yang indah, tapi kamar hotel dan lingkungannya kotor, banyak sampah, banyak debu. Tapi menginap di sini pengalaman yang cukup menyenangkan.

My family and I were very happy to stay at this hotel, away from the crowds (especially during this pandemic) and as soon as you opened the room door you could immediately see the beach. Please pay attention to room cleanliness, towels and water availability. thanks.

The room booked did not match when we checked-in, we waited 3 hours to be able to enter the room because the room was not yet available, the service was rude and dishonest, I lost my e-ID card at the hotel when checking in the room, at the staff check-in asked for an identity and was given, but when I wanted to check out the ID card was no longer there and the employee admitted that he did not ask for an ID card when checking in with me, it was really disappointing that dishonesty and chaos occurred at that time because there was no answer to the hotel manager at that time, for Traveloka, it is better if you stop promoting this hotel because of the inconvenience of the service facilities provided.

I ordered 2 superior rooms, but 1 room was given a standard room, seen from the difference in room size and furniture. dirty hotel, remote AC, no battery, no hot water, only 1 towel is given even though 2 people have been mentioned / room. Dirty and smelly.
