When we arrived the Trainee at the desk phoned someone and it seemed they weren't expecting us even though we had booked a room via app. Then he brought us to a room which had the old sheets from the guests before on the bed. My husband asked twice for new sheets and the Trainee lied and said that they were fresh, but he just made the bed with the old ones. We even found an Visa receipt from the guests before under the blanket so the sheets were definitely not fresh. The floor wasn't clean either. There were hairs lying around and in the bathroom there was a full garbage bag. The Wifi was weak and I couldn't use it from the room or the terrace. They gave us free water and towels (we had to ask for it and picked everything up) and the breakfast we ordered, but they didn't speak any English and for the price and three stars we expected more - at least a clean room.

Pelayanan staff standar, wifi tidak aktif padahal di harga sudah berikut wifi dan yang sangat parahnya tidak ada air. Hati-hati yang mau menginap di sini air tidak ada. Mau buang air besar kecil bingun sampe nahan-nahan. Air mengalir mulai jam 8 pagi. Nahan dari subuh sampai jam 8 lumayan ga enak perut.

Private room and private bathroom, not the cleanest hotel I have seen and the bathroom needs some renovation. But for the price and the location (you can go by walk to the airport and the city center) overall is it good.

No hot water for shower (water heater broken), toilet broken, While I seat the toilet move, I stayed at room number 7. Receptionist no uniform. Receptionist office no air-conditioning, very hot when I was check in. Room is not ready when I was check in about 4 p. M. Breakfast only 2 slices of bread. I didn't take any photos, check out already.
