Just checked in, entered the room, then immediately checked out and moved to another hotel. It needs improvement because the location is very strategic, but unfortunately, the hotel is not well maintained at all. Cons: 1. Dirty and slightly smelly sheets. 2. Dirty and poorly maintained bathroom. 3. The AC is outdated and not cold at all. 4. Dirty water. Pros: 1. Friendly front desk staff. 2. Strategic location.

The location is quite strategic, the staff is friendly. But maybe because the hotel is old, the room facilities need to be improved: the shower is very small so it is not comfortable for bathing, the electric kettle is broken & leaking, the AC is very old so it is not very cold, there is no car parking so you have to park on the side of the road. Cleanliness also needs to be considered, when you first enter the room, the musty smell typical of old rooms is very noticeable, after a few hours the smell has faded a bit. Got a room for 3 people on the 2nd floor for around 750k (because I booked suddenly during high season).

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the location was very close to everything. However, it wasn't very clean, especially in the bathroom. There were still hairs on the sheets. There were also stains on the sheets, which made me a bit worried about whether they had been washed or changed. I took a basic room in the basement, so sounds from outside were clearly audible and very noisy.
