The price is a bit overbudget and not as expected. When checking in, the staff said smoking was allowed in the room, and it was true when we entered the room, it smelled musty and could not be explained. There was only 1 lamp in the room. The bed linen seemed not to have been changed because it smelled musty, as did the towels. When we went to the bathroom, it was dark and there was only 1 dim light. When the AC was turned on, it smelled of cigarettes.

Enough as a budget hotel just to rest for 1-2 nights. Lack of storage space for goods/clothes. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bed should be considered again. It looks less well maintained with stains on the sheets, water crust, even spider webs in the corner of the bathroom. Is it the effect of early check-in? Or because local guests rarely use it, toilet paper is not given new.

Staying here is nice, close to everywhere, close to the city center, finding food is very easy, the food is delicious, basically if you go to Lombok again you have to stay at Citilike. Recommended.

The hotel is good for that price, but the problem is the bad wifi, plus the bad signal on the 1st floor, plus there are no drinks. There are drinks, but you are asked to get them yourself in a gallon, but it doesn't seem hygienic because the kettle has never been washed. In my opinion, it's better to just use regular bottled water, it's more sterile

good, quite clean, using the card to enter the room is cool. I've stayed here for the 4th time, but there's not enough water to shower. if I have a bowel movement and brush my teeth, then in the morning I take a shower using a water spray for that bowel movement. alx bnr2 gda water out of the shower.
