My first time in Makassar, I stayed here. Since arriving, the security guard was friendly, the bellboy quickly carried my luggage and escorted me to my room, check-in was fast, I got a room near the elevator as requested, the room was spacious, cool, clean, the mattress was soft, the sheets were soft, and there was a refrigerator. I stayed here for 3 days, they asked for cleaning and changing the sheets every day, and they really did. I didn't try the food, but my friend who also stayed here said the in-room dining was delicious. Recommended 👍

Unlucky days are not on the calendar but they apply to me and my family. I intended to stay in a nice and comfortable place, but it turned out I got a room with a flooded bathroom, the water didn't flow to the drain but flowed to the door, I complained but there was no response.

The hotel is spacious, the rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast has a variety of flavors, okay..... staying at Claro makes you want to sleep all the time. I don't feel like moving... the atmosphere is comfortable.... the hotel room view is directly onto the epic building of Makassar State University... cool

A hotel close to the toll road to and from the airport. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and flexible check-in and check-out times. The hotel also offers freezer storage for souvenirs, making it very convenient for us, especially those leaving early in the morning and needing to buy souvenirs the day before. The hotel wasn't prepared for a large number of guests. Breakfast at the restaurant was very disorganized, and it was difficult to find a clean table. Room extensions were also difficult. I was disappointed that they couldn't extend my stay. A three-night stay was only allowed one night.
