The location is a bit in the alley, the atmosphere of the inn is horror, I slept for a while. The guards are not on standby there, the innkeepers are friendly.

The place is clean and comfortable for a homestay at this affordable price. Even though it's not air-conditioned, it's still cold. The guards are friendly, communicative and very helpful to visitors. The streets go in and out of alleys, but still safe for big cars. The location is very, very strategic because it is in the middle between the city center of Malang and Batu and is also in the area of large campuses. Rating from me.

As seen in the photo, the location is in the middle of residential housing so it is a bit far from the main road and there is only 1 local mini market near here. Homy and very comfortable place. For me, who doesn't bother choosing a "clean" place of origin, thumbs up from me. Don't really use the kitchen, it's a shame that other guests don't take care of the cleanliness and tidiness of the bathroom, even though it includes sharing room. This is a risk that can actually be started from yourself.

The place is comfortable, clean, the employees are friendly, there is ample parking, it's just that for the bathroom it's better to provide liquid soap and glass. But overall it's good for those who want to play in Malang and take a short break at the homestay.

The rooms are spacious and wide. Suitable for small family. Kitchen is also a kitchen. Unfortunately there is no sign/sign of the place name and the road is quite narrow for car access.

I stayed from September 28 to October 5, 2019 and really enjoyed it. The wifi is fast, the room is clean, there is a dispenser so you can make coffee and tea already provided. Mr. Didin the guard is also very helpful and responsive. Every morning, I walk from the inn to the Landungsari Market, which is decorated with fresh morning air that is typical of the highlands.
