Minimalist and not bad for backpackers. The AC is cold, the mattress and blanket are okay. Would be even better if the TV wasn't cracked and the bathroom toilet was repaired. The water doesn't come out if the shower is hung above, so you have to hold it while taking a shower it's okay to give camphor/camphor for the wardrobe and the bathroom at least.

Quite a memorable stay. Friendly receptionist. This building is actually not only functioned as a homestay, but also an exclusive boarding house. The area around the room is clean, but maybe need to improve the cleanliness under the bed because it is dusty. AC, TV and shower work well. There is no hanger for the wardrobe. Standard mattress but comfortable enough. Strategic area, because it is in the center of the crowd and right on the side of the main road.

Strategic location, but the rooms are cramped and the water seeps from the bathroom. The walls are made of bulkheads so the noise from outside can be heard making it difficult to sleep. The receptionist is okay

The walls are not clean, the bathroom has stagnant water and smells, fixes the boarding houses, but there is no previous information about these boarding houses, disappointing. Very different from what is shown in the clean ads.

The worst room I've ever found in Yogya for the price of ~Rp 200 thousand. The air conditioner is not cold, the bed is stained, the window is dusty, the toilet is very yellowish, the paint is peeling off in various places, the TV has no channels. Does not match the photo on the booking page application.
