Overall the room is cozy & pleasant. We booked 2 rooms cause we just need transit as we move from 1 city to another overland. My room was perfect, in the other room, the bed was somewhat old that the head side is lower than the feet. However, we had a great night rest. Thank you Cordella :)

Love this hotel. I can't say any bad comment about this hotel. People are amazing, service I feel like I'm a King.They make things possible. When I did not know there were dirt on the mattress, when my wife came at night, it was known that there were blood stains that had dried / from the beginning like that, not only on the mattress, on the blanket too, to the point that there were lots of blood stains on the bed, this is very unfortunate and feared by guests because it is not just dirt stains but it could still be a virus in the BLOOD dirt, Alhamdulillah the staff helped to make the bed again, thank you for replacing it, but after making the bed the staff that night, I did not check again whether the condition was clean or not, when I wanted to check out the blood stains were back as before I had not been replaced and blamed the guest for compensation, after I explained the chronology the hotel understood it. When guests should check in before checking in, they should really check the room again whether it is really ready to be occupied or not, if it continues like this, it is a pity for guests who come from out of town when they arrive at the hotel who want to rest immediately, not to worry about what happened in the room.

The staff is friendly. I chatted with the admin a month before I stayed here to request a room, and the staff responded quickly. I think I'll be back to try the BBQ upstairs.

When I did not know there were dirt on the mattress, when my wife came at night, it was known that there were blood stains that had dried / from the beginning like that, not only on the mattress, on the blanket too, to the point that there were lots of blood stains on the bed, this is very unfortunate and feared by guests because it is not just dirt stains but it could still be a virus in the BLOOD dirt, Alhamdulillah the staff helped to make the bed again, thank you for replacing it, but after making the bed the staff that night, I did not check again whether the condition was clean or not, when I wanted to check out the blood stains were back as before I had not been replaced and blamed the guest for compensation, after I explained the chronology the hotel understood it. When guests should check in before checking in, they should really check the room again whether it is really ready to be occupied or not, if it continues like this, it is a pity for guests who come from out of town when they arrive at the hotel who want to rest immediately, not to worry about what happened in the room.
