Every time I go to Riau, I always stop by this hotel. The staff are friendly. There are lots of culinary delights around, especially at night, just walk. The location is on the main road of Pekanbaru city.

The staff is very friendly and explains well if there are any problems. The cleanliness and comfort of the room are also maintained, the room is cleaned very quickly and has been notified if you want to clean the room before 3 o'clock. Next time it will be an option for accommodation if you go to Pekanbaru again. Don't forget to bring a toothbrush because it is not provided, Thank you!!

I like the location because it is in the city center and also the AC in the room is very cold, but some things need to be improved, one of which is the room door which has a gap, it is very uncomfortable to see.

Initially in room 202, then asked to move because the room was being repaired, then to 302 the AC was noisy, the hot water ran out & the sink had a small water tank. Asked to move to 205 but in the middle of the night, noisy neighbors
