My experience during my stay: 1. Friendly and very helpful staff. 2. Strategic location. 3. I got a room on the 3rd floor which seemed not prepared for my check in. -The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed for a long time (crappy) -There were spider webs on the ceiling. -Towels were also not available when I checked in. -The AC was quite cold if not turned off (always On) 4: I contacted the receptionist to ask for a change of sheets and towels (very friendly and helpful) The staff also accepted my input/criticism well. 5. The price is very affordable, my experience is Satisfied and will stay at this hotel again. Thx.

The bath room is so dirty, only 1 towel only 1 mineral water, no mat in the floor, no trash bucket inside room, wifi did not work and no signal also inside the room, never back to this home stay anymore.

The room is good considering its price. It is located inside a housing complex, which ensures a quiet surrounding area. The location is also strategic, near Simpang Dago. The facilities in the room are very limited: there is no trash can, the air conditioner is broken, and the TV cannot be turned on. This hotel doesn't provide towels or any toiletries, so make sure to prepare them yourself. I expected to at least get a towel, but I didn't. The cleanliness of the room, especially in the bathroom, can be improved. They provide a limited parking area for cars, but it is sufficient for motorcycles. This place is suitable for those seeking a strategically located place for a one-night stay, but I don't think I will choose it again for a long holiday or staycation.

Because I got a cheap promotional price, I was given a room where the TV remote was broken and couldn't turn on, the WiFi had problems, there was no internet network and the cellular data network and it was also difficult for the AC to turn on.

TV is broken, WC/KM smells. Booking 4 nights only gets one drink of water, tissue, toiletries and other things when checking in. Even though the payment is still the price per night multiplied by multiples.

The cleanliness of the room is very poor, the bathroom smells a bit. The TV also didn't work (they said it was a cable TV problem - change provider) and the AC wasn't cold (in fact it was colder when outside), hopefully this can be a note for management so it can be repaired.

The bathroom mat is really dirty. The bathroom is clogged. Bidet leaking water. The AC is not cold at all. There are no trash cans. Only got 1 towel. Too tired to complain to the staff. So just stay there, luckily it's only 1 night.

Take 2 rooms, none of the TVs work. Totally dead. Room service said all the TV rooms were completely dead. The pillow smells of sweat. There is no drinking water heater. There are no water dispensers on any floor. There are no trash cans in the rooms. There is no elevator. 1 towel was given, you had to ask for extra. There is no mat, you have to ask for one to be given one. Parallel parking/1 row. Every time you go out you have to wait for all the guests to get out of the car first if you park at the front because you don't leave the car keys.
