3 nights stay in superior, the first day of staying, we arrived at night on the 3rd floor, when we got to the room the door didn't close properly, when we entered the room only one light was on, the others were all off. Called the staff, they came and fixed it. After the lights came on, we saw the tables were all dusty as if they had been cleaned haphazardly. The electrical outlets were all about to come off the wall. In the corners there was still trash. I took the trash myself, called the staff again to clean it. Turning on the TV there were more ants than pictures. Entering the bathroom, the trash can was empty, but the dirty floor was very dull and there were still lots of hair left that hadn't been cleaned, the sink had lots of stains and marks. The toilet didn't run smoothly, the wash basin handle was about to come off, the screw was about to come off. The hot water didn't work. Wanting to drink warm water, the heater was broken even though it could still heat, the indicator light wasn't on and the color had started to turn yellow and wasn't plugged into the plug, I had to carefully plug it myself into the plug that was about to come off the wall to avoid getting electrocuted. The next morning when I was about to have breakfast, I saw a lot of gecko droppings near the stairs that hadn't been cleaned until I checked out, and it was never cleaned. Breakfast was fried rice, white rice, and simple side dishes. Then we left, and in the afternoon the room wasn't cleaned again (was it because I didn't ask for it), and no compliment was given. In the afternoon, I asked for tea and coffee and they gave it to me. The next day, I asked for help to clean the room, and the compliment was given. The last day, the bathroom was clogged and the toilet was also clogged, so that day the unpleasant smell in the hallway in front of the room was very noticeable, but the room was quite spacious,

Regarding the plumbing issues and the bad smell in the corridor, we have informed our engineering and housekeeping teams and are working on comprehensive improvements to prevent this from happening again. Actually first timer stay in tanjung selor and choose this hotel because it affordable and in facilities part they stated have a lift (you know how many stuffs you bring while travelling with baby). Arrived there, check in online and they said lift under maintenance, so we need to walk up using big stair (I see the lift and it stated “only can bring 2 adults in one time operation”).The building seems old/classic, the room is big (bigger than our room in palmy hotel previously) but the facilities seems old, hot water in bathroom not consistance since we need to wait for long to change the cool to hot water, refrigerator not working well, no smoking room but have ashtray that smells like cigarettes, there is also stain on the wall. While breakfast, they cannot deliver the food to room, so my husband bring it to my room. Overall the room big and slightly soundproof, but you need to improve your facilities. Its slightly different between the picture in traveloka with the real room situation, IMO
