We were very happy because we happened to arrive early, at 1:00 PM, and were allowed early check-in, so the kids could rest right away. The room was also clean. The elevator was fast, with minimal queues. The pool area was clean and very kid-friendly, with special swimming towels provided. The dining area was also clean, with a variety of food, even herbal drinks. Check-out was also quite relaxed, no rush. Overall, we were satisfied. Our room had a city view and a main road, so the kids enjoyed being able to see the scenery and the bustling traffic from above. Recommended for a staycation with kids, and it's now our favorite hotel.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The location is strategic, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was fast and smooth. The facilities were generally quite good, meeting my expectations. The room was also comfortable; it was quite spacious and provided a comfortable atmosphere for a good rest. Furthermore, the room and hotel grounds were well-maintained. Overall, my stay was pleasant and highly recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable, all the staff are friendly and nice, access is fast.

Very satisfied and comfortable staying here, the room is in accordance with what is listed in the Traveloka application. The location is also close to Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, also access to the toll road is not too far, close to the Makassar souvenir center too. There are already facilities for swab tests, so if you are in a hurry to get to the airport, you can just swab test here. The staff is friendly, there are many lounges for eating and hanging out and some are provided for smoking areas. There is a cafe with a "London Retro" concept which is cool and great for taking pictures. I like the room the most, it is very cozy, there is a balcony facing the swimming pool. The toilet is clean, there is a hair dryer, shower and complete toiletries. For the Junior Suite type room, there is a refrigerator, 2 LCD TVs in the living room and in the room, there is wifi and there is a welcome greeting with fresh fruit. In the pool there is also a divider between the adult and children's areas. It is highly recommended if you want to stay here, an alternative for those who are in transit in Makassar waiting for the next flight at the airport, especially if you can be dropped off at the airport. I will definitely comeback again to this hotel because every staffs very friendly and they are very helpful. Service excellent me and and family love this hotel and will be back again.
