Accommodation is perfect for backpacker travelers, clean rooms. Quite spacious and comfortable. For toileteries, it's just incomplete. There is only 3 in one gel, and only 1 towel. Overall comfortable for resting. The location is close to the city center, easy to find, the place is quiet.

The building is very interesting, rich in Dutch heritage. It makes the atmosphere a bit creepy because there are big dolls and wells like that but nothing happens. The soft pillow mattress is comfortable, but I think the pillowcases are not replaced, yes, the name is also only 100,000, if we use our own sheets, it will turn out there is hot water. overall okay.

Remind you to be careful if you want to reserve a family type room. Read carefully, the price for 1 guest or 3 guests, I attach the photo for comparison. I've compared several inns before finally booking at Oyo Peaceful Residence. At the beginning of checking, I saw the deluxe double room which was priced for 2 guests, see the family type room for 3 guests. But when I booked the deluxe family room, I just chose the cheapest price. the price offered on 26des was 228 thousand / mlm and the booking was for 3 mlm so I had to pay 685 thousand. When the time of the cancellation was over then Oyo peacefully called me but I didn't ask whose name, a male voice told me to order for 1 guest because I was 3 people so I had to add 570 thousand / 3 nights. What makes me feel trapped and feel squeezed softly because oyo peace at the start there is no single / guest room type .. just a deluxe double room, the price is for 2 guests, how come it's funny that the deluxe family room is made of 2 prices, namely the price of 1 guest and 3 guest price .. Just logic if you stay alone you will definitely not choose a family type room. Because I felt trapped by the strange Oyo Peace Residence system, so I negotiated if I only wanted to pay the price difference between the price of 1 guest and 3 guests, which was 50 thousand / night so I added 150 thousand / 3 mlm. When I arrived when I checked in, the Oyo Peaceful Residence did not charge the 150 thousand so I did not pay. + Pros of Oyo Peace Residence: • Central location, about 900 meters from Simpang Lima. • easy to find food, near soto bangkong, rm padang, satay, there is a small cafe in front of oyo peace. • Deluxe family rooms are quite large, clean floors, clean beds, cold ac, wifi is sufficient but not too fast. - The drawbacks of Oyo Peaceful Residence: • a strange system because the deluxe family rooms are priced for 1 guest and 3 guests but do not provide single bed rooms (you can see the picture I give an example of other inns that are honest and transparent providing rooms for guests). • Deluxe family room with 3 guests but only 1 towel. • no mineral water at all, no glass, no electric kettle, no tissue. • double bed is quite soft, but the single bed is already protruding so it is not comfortable. overall if the room price is below 300 thousand, it is enough to pay with the existing facilities.

The receptionist was not polite, I was on the phone to confirm how many guests were coming, even though I ordered the family and I said it was not for the night just to rest so I said maybe around midnight I checked out, and at check-in I was confirmed again " So check-out is at 10, sir? We usually sell family ones at weekends like this 400 please, I want to check out at brp while it's not yet check-out time it's not your business, and I don't care how much you sell because I ordered through Traveloka is a business for you and Traveloka. You really want to resell the room. Really bad, unfriendly, the coworker staff when asked for soap runs out. For those who want to stay here, think again about the competitive prices but the service is very disappointing.

Suitable for transit or resting to unwind after a long trip or backpacking, there is hot water even though it comes out for a long time, the mattress is quite comfortable. Going to the hotel, you have to be careful, because it is located at the corner of an intersection, at least using maps so you don't flee. The existence of a welcome drink is an added value, Have stayed here 3 times because it is located quite close to the intersection of five and across from there is delicious nasi padang open until midnight. To go to Indomaret, it is next to Padang Rice. overall, not bad.
