This is one of the best experience, I have in Labuan Bajo! At first, I was in doubt of hostel or guest house, but my friends were traveling on budget so I decided to join them. As it turned out, the high rating is truly proven. The room is very spacious, towels, soap & shampoo provided (toothbrush NA), bathroom is very very spacious, hot cold water works well, all clean and tidy, 4 or 5 options for simple breakfast but tasty, deliver on time, very very helpful staff (kak Obhy & kak Yetni). Owner kak Jimmy vert friendly, free drop-off pick up to airport and downtown, I said what? How come they afford such great service with such a low room fare? A big shout out for this place! I'm sure many many tourists feels so blessed by their service! All success and prosperity for pak Jimmy and the management!

WIFI can be improved, breakfast is simple, the others are OK. The staff work very hard.

3 nights here, nothing disappoints. Hot water, the water heater is great, the water shower is fast, the bathroom is clean, not slippery, moss. Fragrant clean sheets. Big bed. For this price, getting breakfast with fruit is extraordinary. Cool!

This is the first time I've stayed and feel really urgent to give a review of this inn. Because? The service is really cool! 1. Owner Mr. Jimmy is very friendly, very warm welcome! 2. The driver is Nana, very very friendly and helpful. 3. The receptionist is also great, explains in detail and completely. Free airport and city pickup/dropoff is provided. For me, the most important thing is not the free pickup/dropoff, but the rooms and bathrooms are super clean! The table has no dust, the bathroom floor is non-sticky, slippery, not mossy and there are no black spots in the corners of the sink/tap/closet, just clean! The blankets are also clean, use Ikea quality sheets like I think, basically the sheets are soft, the mattress is 180 or 200, basically the mattress is big. And there are bolsters!. There is breakfast too. Can rent a motorbike too. You can help with booking sailing packages too, cheaper than serious online bookings! This is really cheap lodging, but the service is equivalent to a 4/5 star hotel or even more. Because they are really friendly and care about the needs of guests. Fully recommended! The bathroom is very spacious, there is a TV, Wi-fi, there is a water heater, there is a mat (this is so important). I have nothing to complain about, very recommended and affordable. Also a suggestion, if you provide hangers for clothes, because here you can't hang clothes at all except in the bathroom.

The service is top markotop. Picked up at the airport by the owner directly and it's free and delivered to the destination at check out. The owner is very friendly. Friendly. Helpful. The room matches the photo shown. If you are looking for a place to rest after a long day of walking. This is the right place. Its location is quiet. The market is also close and to the Batu Cermin cave tourist attraction.

Lodging is okay for backpackers, Jimmy and his wife are very kind, free airport shuttle, good breakfast, borrowed a motorbike to go anywhere, just fill it with gasoline. The only minus is that the access road is flooded, toiletries are only towels and there are no clothes hangers.

Accommodation at very affordable prices. Far from the crowds but close to the wae kesambi market, close to the rock of the mirror cave. Then what is special is that we are loaned a motorbike on the condition that it is filled with gasoline. Isn't that cool. Anyway, later come to Labuan Bajo again. I definitely want to stay here again.

The guard is very friendly, and I didn't expect that price for getting breakfast, airport pick-up, then loaned a motorbike to the guard. Recommend the point, if I go to Bajo again I will definitely stay there again.

The owner is friendly, friendly, cheap prices although far from the crowd but there is a shuttle service. Room is spacious.

I am glad to select this hotel. its not that far from the city but the service was satisfied. they have free pick up or deliver to or from airport, you only have to contact the owner (Pak Jimmy). then they also willingly to give you free ride to city close to your hotel. I travelled alone and its helping me so much. breakfast can be chosed and its good for indonesia people. I won't hesitate to return in this hotel once I back to labuan bajo. big thanks to dede who drove me to travel around the city
