Good cleanliness, friendly and helpful receptionist staff, also when I made a mistake on the booking date .. it said I couldn't reschedule but they helped me by calling the official Traveloka directly and they responded quickly to Traveloka and the hotel, even when I had breakfast, it was almost close to the maximum breakfast time available, still served well and tried to provide everything, highly recommended when going to Bandung to stay here, there are many people selling around and there is an Indomart that has an ATM, so its location in the middle of the city makes everything easy.

I arrived in the middle of the night, but thank God the hotel staff was on standby and immediately processed it. The room was comfortable, the AC was cold, there was hot water even though it took a while, the room smelled good, found 1 small cockroach, the mattress was a bit itchy so I bought Baygon spray, luckily Indomart was nearby, just across from the hotel. I was just able to sleep soundly. If there were 10 points, I would probably give it an 8. Please improve it, dear, the hotel is already good, the service in the lobby and the security guards are all good. Thank you.

It's quite comfortable to stay at dbest hotel, not only the lobby looks elegant but the room is also okay, clean, smells good, the AC is cold & has a smart TV too😍 Complete amenities and the bathroom cleanliness is also okay! The room is spacious & the bathroom is also spacious, there is a swimming pool & garden, it feels really comfortable, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel area, especially the stairs because the elevator is under maintenance so it goes through the stairs and the carpet on the stairs is really dirty

Overall, my stay here was quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.
However, here are the drawbacks:
1. The room has no windows.
2. The sheets, pillowcases, and blanket weren't very clean, with stains on them.
3. When I wanted to take a shower, the water wouldn't come out, so I had to call the staff to fix it.
4. When I wanted to watch TV, it wouldn't turn on, so the staff finally replaced the TV.
