This is my first stay in DeJava Hotel. It was a very comfortable and nice stay. The room's so spacious. Clean and the AC worked well. It's soundproof and the TV program's okay for me. The location's wonderful. Right across PVJ, in the direction towards Lembang area. Overall this hotel is highly recommended. 👍🏻

The hotel staff is friendly, especially Ms. Mergie, who is very welcoming and helpful. The location is strategic, clean, and fragrant. The standard rooms are not too big. The food is delicious and there are quite a lot of choices. The indoor pool is very clean, although not very large. This hotel is recommended for healing. If you want to shop, just cross the street to PVJ. There are also many snacks around the hotel.

We stayed in room 308, with windows overlooking the residential area. The room is spacious with wooden accents, with a comfortable bed and soft pillows. The spacious desk area makes it easy to work. Coffee, tea, and large bottles of water are provided daily. There's a mini fridge, safe, and plenty of storage space, which we really appreciated because it kept our belongings neat and organized. Thank you to the housekeeping team, my room was clean every day. The security team and parking on the B1 floor are also always ready to help.

Thank God, I was able to stay at De Java Hotel and Spa again. Every time my family visits PVJ, we always choose De Java because it's right in front of PVJ, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. The deluxe and junior suite rooms are comfortable. The superior rooms are well worth the price.

My second stay here. This time I stayed in a superior room. Overall, it was nice, but unfortunately the room didn't have a window, so I couldn't see any sunlight. I couldn't tell if it was hot or rainy outside. Also, the pool area on the 6th floor had no shower area and no pool towels provided. But despite all that, I would like to stay in this hotel again on my next trip to Bandung. :)

I booked 2 deluxe rooms and was given room number 502 and 506. The first night was safe, but the next day when we went to the mall all day, suddenly when we came back our food was missing with the box falling under the table, and the condition of the banana was hollow, suspected that a rat had eaten it. Then we were moved to room 212 and 211 which was informed to be upgraded to executive and newly renovated, but it turned out the room was stuffy, smelled of cigarette smoke, and the condition of the shower and faucet looked old because it was hard and the water came out irregularly.

The hotel is across from Paris Van Java Mall, very close to the stores we wanted to shop at. It’s suitable for those who have plans in the area near the hotel, and it’s also easy to find food nearby. Because the check-in process took quite a long time (seems there’s trouble), we were given breakfast vouchers. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use them since we went out for a morning walk and had breakfast elsewhere. We had to check out early, so we were able to avoid the traffic jam on the road in front of the hotel. The hotel staff and security were nice and informative.

Very impressive. I took 2 rooms, both were very spacious, the room and bathroom were very clean, the AC was incredibly cold, the hot water was smooth but there was no special tap for ablution, complete amenities, clean towels..not scary at all, very comfortable & I could sleep soundly.. The staff was also friendly. Strategic location, across from PVJ mall, next to the hotel is Indomaret.

Stayed here for 4 nights. First impressions were friendly staff, the room was larger than in the photos, and the food was delicious. It was a bit noisy due to the busy roadside. Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to an event. But overall, it was comfortable.

The sheets, towels, and pillows were all stained. The shower water stagnated (HK should have done a proper room checklist; there's definitely hair in the drain plug). The location was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

1. Please improve the food; the taste and variety are not good enough. 2. Please also pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, as there is an odor near the mini fridge, either from the cupboard or the carpet. 3. The swimming pool is apparently not deep enough for adults.
