Yesterday I stayed here for 1 night, and it was very satisfying. The staff is very friendly to customers and very helpful. The atmosphere around the room is also comfortable and clean, as well as inside the room and the toilet, very comfortable and we slept very well. friendly staff, mossy bathroom floor, small shower water as other reviews say, the room needs to be cleaned at the bottom of the wall because of thick dust.

we stayed in the deluxe cabin room 4 in the front area of the resort and 2 superior rooms in the back area of the resort. the superior area is quieter but too dark with poor lighting so it's a bit scary if you're alone in the room.
towels, soap are available, but shampoo is not available in some rooms. only 1 toothbrush. no sandals. sheets, pillow cases, and blankets smell like they haven't been replaced. please pay more attention, it could spread skin diseases.

really very disappointing, forced to sleep because it was already night. staff response from 9 pm was only responded at 10 am with the reason of oversleeping, it happened to be raining, don't know which one evaporated the room so it smelled, there was still hair on the bedsheet, maybe it wasn't cleaned, the blanket oh my God smelled ..., the toilet smelled, no sandals, very little water. the point is it is not in accordance with the price, in other cities this price is already very comfortable. order for 3 nights, occupied very reluctantly only a few hours.
please management if you want a hotel business so that it doesn't get worse especially in Sungailiat, improve yourself, follow the direction of Mr. Pinang, how is the hotel ...
