It's getting better in the future

The hotel staff is less solutive, I checked in from 2 pm as many as 3 rooms for 2 nights. Of the 3 rooms, 2 rooms are problematic, 1 bathroom smells like a septic tank and a dark room, the air conditioner is not cold either. Then 1 more room smells musty in the room, the bathroom lights seem to be falling apart, the bed linen smells like it's never been washed, and even worse, on the 2nd day I want to ask for a change of bed linen, it's not allowed to say it can only be changed tomorrow. Oh my goodness, I don't need that anymore, it's already check-out time. Also, the door to the room couldn't be closed tightly, so it had to be pushed really hard before it could be closed which was very, very annoying. This is it, he fixed it on the 2nd day I stayed which on the first day I asked to be fixed or changed rooms but was not given. Also, in the room, I was given a fork and a knife, I asked for a spoon, he said there was no, it's funny, there wasn't a spoon. Oh yes, there was another time at the beginning when I was asked how many people there were, I did have a total of 7 people, right because that 1 was my younger sister, so 1 room with my parents, so 3 people 1 room. Well, it costs 100 thousand for 1 night, even though I said I don't need breakfast or towels or extra beds but they said you still have to pay Really count, really, this is a hotel even though the facilities are bad, very different from the photo on the website ckckck

Tempat yang sunyi di daerah keramaian antara Kerobokan, Seminyak dan Canggu, enjoy sih

Saya tinggal selama 4D3N bulan Juni di kamar seminyak room lantai 1. Tertarik beli karena waktu itu mepet belum booking penginapan saat hari H tengah malam lihat Delu Villas discount & preferred partner by app. Baru lihat nilai riview nya 8 lebih, belum sempat baca. Tapi ternyata: jeng jeng.- setelah booking, baru baca reviewnya jelek-jelek. Saya kira nilai bagus didapatkan dari reviewer bayaran. Jadi sejak saat itu saya sudah turunkan ekspektasi.- harga asli tanpa discount 1.5 up itu saya rasa mengada-ada sekali karena toh ga lama dia turunkan jadi 300rb an. Jadi jangan kegocek dengan discount yang besar.- saat check in receptionist tidak seramah receptionist lain yang ada di Bali.- tidak ada air minum saat check in. Hanya ada saat sarapan.- bangunan dan furniture sangat tua.- air toilet bau sekali! Saat flushing harus sambil ditutup. Akhirnya saya beli pewangi toilet dan kamar sendiri. Baunya busuk sekali.- kasur keras sekali, bahkan sudah tidak rata, per kasur sudah lelah sepertinya bunyi ngik ngok.- sprei, quilt cover, sarung bantal, handuk sudah lama sekali tidak diganti/diperbaharui karena kusam & bernoda.- lampu kamar beberapa mati jadi kurang terang.- dapur tidak ada gas, harus nambah lagi. Lampu + blower dapur juga tidak berfungsi.- TV nyala tapi hanya stasiun lokal.- outdoor AC berisik sekali,- cover table lamp dibuat dari koran. Kuno sekali! Koran tahun 2013, kebayang kan debu nya! Tidak nyala pula.- sarapan sangat sederhana nasi goreng/mie goreng dengan beberapa helai irisan telur dadar. Juga baru ada siang Jam 8. Gimana yang mau aktivitas dari pagi.- pompa air suka mati.- air berbau besi.- air wastafel kuning! Jadilah saya beli air sendiri buat cuci muka dan gosok gigi.- kulkas + TV nyala setelah minta tolong bapak receptionist yang baik. Karena banyak kabel yang di copot-copot. Buat apa pula dicopot kan, harusnya sudah disiapkan sebelum tamu check in.- ga berani buka lemari, takut tambah kecewa.- sudah malas juga lihat kolam renang, jadi ga sempet cek.+ lokasi strategis di tengah kerobokan.+ kamar dibersihkan setiap hari, handuk diganti tapi tetap buluk. Dear owner Delu Villas & Suites, tolong di respon komplain tamu di aplikasi.- tolonglah daripada keluarin uang buat beli reviewer bayaran lebih baik lakukan renovasi!- buang semua kasur, linen, handuk, table lamp, AC, kulkas yang sudah tua renta itu. Sangat tidak layak.- lebih baik tidak ada perabotan, kosongan minimalis daripada tua begitu.- kasihanilah karyawanmu itu yang kena komplain dari tamu. Mereka ga bisa apa-apa.- daripada jadi villa lebih baik kosan.

The room is dusty and shabby. The shower was hot. The pool was under construction so not usable. I wish they gave a discount with this in mind. I think it should have been cheaper for the quality of the place.

The villas was good, please attention to detail about the TV cable in the living room and in the bedroom not working and cleanliness.

The only good thing is the location tho. The kitchen is useless. No shampoo no bath wash which is basic. No hairdryer whatsoever. TV only had 3 channels.

The pool is under construction but they don't put any information in the apps, the bathroom sewage is bad, the bedroom very smelly and too many mosquitos in the room. The pan and spatula very dirty, I can not borrow a bowl & spoon, while in this room, there 's a kitchen for cooking! No parking space for car, only for motorbikes.
