The room was clean and spacious. Kindest for all the staff, they delivered our food from Gojek to the room. I stayed for 5 days here, the bed and pillow were good, I love it. The bathroom is spacious and has a kitchen set where you can reheat food, the TV also has YouTube and Netflix. I loved staying in the room, the AC was cold.

the property really needs renovation, the kitchen condition is quite dirty, and the power outlets are not working, the swimming pool needs to be vacuumed, the filter cover at the bottom of the pool is loose..KL is not careful, his feet can get hurt, the TV in the living room is not working, the bathroom in the living room is not working, the lamp side table is not working next to the bed, the shower area is crusty everywhere, also dew, the bath towel and pool towel are one and the condition of the towel is very bad, besides being dull, the color is also faded and thin. fried rice for breakfast, not recommended at all. If this property is maintained, the layout is very good.. simple and homey

When CI was asked for a deposit but when asked for a receipt for the deposit they said they would give the receipt later, until I CO was not given a receipt then when CO was told there was no deposit.. it was money for early CI because I came in at 1 pm. The employee who asked for the deposit called me in a loud tone when he didn't tell me to ask for the deposit he said it was early CI money even though I clearly heard it was a deposit even if it wasn't a deposit I should have at least been given a receipt as a statement of what the money I gave was intended for and the officer even accused me of not asking them for a deposit receipt. Please check the CCTV, was there a receipt for the transfer of money? The door of the mini refrigerator was also loose so it had to be re-fitted so the refrigerator door could be closed properly.

The receptionist was friendly, but the manager was not very friendly, he kept pushing to check out, even though it was only 11.00, the water heater was rusty, couldn't be used, the parking lot was narrow, and the exit was congested.

The facilities are quite ok for a room around 300k. But the location is on a busy and congested highway and is small. Other things that need to be improved are many walls that need to be repaired because they are damp, a leaking sink in the bathroom, and some of the room lights are dead.
