Very satisfied and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Spacious room, easy access, clean, friendly service, smooth hot water and fast wifi. And the receptionist read the notes I made in the app. So I got a room on the 1st floor according to my request. It's just that the breakfast menu is less varied and the taste is just ordinary. Next time I will stay at this hotel again.

I've stayed at De Rain Hotel 3 times. The place is comfortable, you can find snacks and food nearby, just leave the hotel and snacks are available, the service is also friendly, my child loves the swimming pool the most... Next time I will definitely come here again.

The room was dirty, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped. The toilet was filthy, especially the shower, which was covered in limescale. The blankets were also dirty and faded. The food was salty and the menu was too limited. The only plus was the hot water was okay.

the further we get... the dirtier and noisier it gets... the TV doesn't work properly... the bathroom is dirty and the AC is also noisy... plus the noise from outside...

Stayed here for 2 pleasant days, the location is strategic, close to everywhere, in front of the hotel at night there are culinary places with various kinds of food, the staff are friendly. The downside here is that the room is not soundproof, noise from outside the room can be heard clearly, and the food is not very tasty, there is no variety, no taste. For that price, it is not worth it.

Comfortable hotel, friendly service, clean rooms, easy access everywhere. However, there was one downside: I booked breakfast in the room, but it couldn't be delivered to my room due to the large number of guests. But that's okay, just a tip if you want to order extra breakfast. Skip the breakfast room. Otherwise, everything was fine.

1. I booked a non-smoking room but was placed in a smoking room with a very strong smell of smoke, even though I had children with me. 2. The food was not very varied and appealing. Breakfast was served outdoors and sweltering, with limited tables. Even then, the food wasn't very tasty. Only the fried egg was tolerable to my palate. The iced tea didn't seem to be made from brewed tea, but from packaged tea, so the taste was a bit odd. 3. The hotel's advantage is its strategic location. There's plenty of street food at night...just walk outside and you can explore the culinary scene...from Indonesian to international cuisine, even from traditional to modern...it's all there...it's all there... 4. It's a 3-star hotel, but it has a swimming pool. This is important, as not many 3-star hotels have swimming pools. 5. The room wasn't soundproof, and it was noisy at night due to live music upstairs. The only advantage of the room was its spacious size. 6. The staff was very friendly, even though there weren't many of them. 7. The room was very clean; the dusty wardrobe looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The curtains also looked like they hadn't been washed in years, as they were yellowed from cigarette smoke. 8. For 550,000 Rupiah per night, it was quite worth it.
