We absolutely loved our time at the Dewi Sri Hotel!
Our toilet bidet leaked & room smelt musty but over all it was great.

In such a busy part of town on the border of Kuta and Legian, it was surprisingly quiet. Staff was friendly and the place simple and clean. Would definitely stay again.

We normally love this place but unfortunately we were out in a room that runs parallel with an alley that is very close to our room and the continuous traffic was terrible.
Also staff seemed to ignore the noise from people after hours and let them use the pool which was meant to have use of hours till 11pm

The hotel is well located and the rooms are comfortable. There's hot water in the shower and good pressure and cleaning is performed daily - they also provide new towels and water bottles daily. They have good service at reception and I was given a different (and better) room after the second night where there was an issue with swege smell in the unit. Breakfast is good, especially when I compare to other Bali hotels of the same category, however, please be aware that they won't charge you for the bacon, if you ask for some, but will try to charge you for a capuccino, although they won't tell you that it's not free. This was the only bad experience I've had with restaurant staff and when I refused to pay for the capuccino as I was not told it is not part of the breakfast service, I had them frown at me for the remainder of my stay.
Overall, it's good value for money and a walking distance to restaurants, massage spas, shopping etc.

The Dewi is a fab hotel in the midst of Kuta. We only stayed 2 nights as we flew in late on our first night and went dentist the next day. Easy accessible for our plans.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were very nice, but other guests were often loud and at times it seemed like a disco with the music that was being played - ironic as there were several nightclubs and bars just at the end of the street.

Our first room had a strong smell of mould so we had to swap rooms the rooms don’t supply a kettle or coffee or tea which should be standard.There is no safe in rooms and buffet breakfast was not very good sadly.The staff were nice.

The aircon in our family room didnt work, we used the hair-dryer in the bathroom and it tripped the power.

This is a great hotel in the middle of Kuta, but somehow still really quiet and peaceful. The pool is huge, the rooms are spacious, and the grounds are beautiful. The included breakfast was great with different options each day. The staff were so friendly and kind. The hotel doesn’t have any play equipment for kids, but it isn’t far from beachwalk shopping centre, warungs, laundry, and kuta beach. All within walking distance.
The only disappointment was the clientele. There were some rowdy groups who made a lot of noise late at night, jumping and yelling on the balcony which reverberated into our room keeping our kids awake. A lot of embarrassing Australians (said as an Australian).
