The hotel is very comfortable. It's easy to get everywhere. The staff is very friendly. They even let me leave my luggage early in the morning because I couldn't check in yet. When I went to check in, everything was already in my room. I'll definitely stay here again when I go back to Yogyakarta.

One of the best budget hotels in the Prawirotaman area. The hotel offers a peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, cool air conditioning, friendly staff, and plenty of dining options nearby.

So clean!! LOVE IT As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, and I was also informed that the cafe was closed during Ramadan, but it's okay, but it's super clean, the best. Very comfortable, especially the large bedroom space.

Nice hotel but the service is mediocre, it's quiet, I've stayed here twice.. Breakfast is always a la carte... The room AC is leaking, slippers and tissues were not ready when I entered the room, the TV is too far from the bed, the TV size is also small, the TV should be bigger to balance it out. At night, I was crushed by some big, black creature until I couldn't move. The hotel seems to lack branding. Try to improve the management,,🙏

There is no elevator in the inn, but the staff helps carry your suitcases when checking in. If you check out, carry your own, the room is quite comfortable, but it smells a bit damp because the window is rarely opened. The room is not cleaned every day, a water dispenser and coffee tea are provided, a simple breakfast is quite okay, parking is limited but the staff is helpful.

It's really comfortable to stay here, for my first solo traveling experience, staying here was really the right decision. The location is strategic, there are lots of cafes and cute trendy places there. The room is clean, smells really good, I wanted to ask the staff what air freshener they use, but I forgot. The receptionist and hotel staff are also helpful and friendly, always greeting and smiling hehe. You can also leave your luggage before check-in time. I just didn't have time to take many photos here even though the hotel is very aesthetic in every corner, but if I come back to Jogja, I might want to stay at this hotel again, thank you Dhipa Kinanthi🫶🏻

This hotel was clean and neat. Everything was good + point for the vibes. It’s pretty new building on a strategic location. The receptionist area was quite small but the staff are very helpful

1. Very clean, amazed by the atmosphere, very quiet place. It's a bit of a mess, but also high quality. 2. The room includes breakfast, very tasty. I never thought I'd get such a great quality room, facilities, and breakfast for that price. 3. Worth the stay, I'll definitely come back again. 4. The staff is very nice. It's rare to find staff around the room, which I like because it's more private. 5. I stayed for 2 days, and the receptionist offered to clean my room. I never thought I'd do that (because it's so rare). 5-star hotels rarely offer this.

Highly recommended to stay here, the staff is friendly, the food is also delicious. The hotel environment is also supportive, close to Tempo gelato and various other culinary delights. memorable experience staying at dhipa kinanthi with a very strategic location in prawirotaman if you want to go to via via bakery, tempo gelato or other hits places in prawirotaman just walk. and most importantly for the room and toilet are very clean and fragrant. there is also a swimming pool and a place to relax around the pool. for the staff is very friendly, can leave your bag in the morning before check in. and I also like the breakfast here with a buffet concept quite a lot of variety, there are heavy foods such as rice, there are also cereals, omelets and indomie can ask to be made directly by the staff and the omelettes here taste delicious. there are toast as well as cut fruit, salad, and market snacks. for drink choices available juice, tea, coffee. if you go to jogja again will stay here again.
