The staff was well-trained and accommodating! Their rate is worth the service you will get. My favorite part of my stay is breakfast at the restaurant on the 2nd floor. They have a lot of breakfast options to choose from. The moment I walked into the restaurant their staff was already asking if I wanted coffee or tea. I would love to stay here again. If you find yourself in Tangerang Selatan, choose this hotel.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree and had a wonderful experience. It was situated next to BXC mall and Jurangmangu train station. It was really easy to access with the train. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with modern amenities. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, like the quality toiletries and the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The gym was well-equipped even though it doesn't have a lot of gym machines and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Location-wise, it was perfect. Close to everything I needed, but still felt like a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. Absolutely will stay here again and highly recommend DoubleTree by Hilton to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable hotel experience.

Check in was late by an hour and a half, the reason being that the room was still being cleaned... the hotel has apologized, but I'm so sorry, my review remains the same, so that the hotel can make improvements, because it's not just one or two guests who have experienced the same thing as me.

The room was quite spacious and modern. It was clean. The hotel is connected to a mall. Overall, we were very satisfied. The only downside was that the shower water was extremely hot. I set it to the coldest setting, but it was still hot.

A smart TV that isn't smart at all. No updated movie channels, no Netflix, no Disney+, no Prime Video, and the worst part is that it can't screen mirror with an iPhone. The USB outlet takes a ridiculously long time to charge an iPhone, but it charges an Android phone quickly. Yes, magic!! You have to use Wi-Fi in your room; cell phone calls aren't possible. The features are so amazing that they drive me mad.

It's very comfortable to rest, for the omelet menu yesterday when I ate it was a bit bland (no taste of salt/pepper seasoning) the other food was enough, but if possible the spices for the dishes were a bit bolder. thank you

It was an incredible staycation. However, so sad that we didn't get the connecting room. Our bathroom couldn't lock it. Our TV suddenly move by itselves, maybe the LCD was broken. Actually the staff wanted help us to fixed this things. But, I refuse because when they offered, its my son sleep time. We really liked the food while we were breakfast. Also, the connecting door with the mall. The staff also really good.
