It was a great stay there. The room was clean and staffs were very polite and kind. The facilities also amazing, my kid love the pool. I would love to have another stay there.

Good room! Good facilities! The children enjoy staying at Eastparc Hotel. The staffs were friendly. The breakfast had a lot of varieties to choose from, and they divided the breakfast into 2 batches to avoid overcrowding. A good 1-night stay and the children asked to go back again for holiday!

Amazing hotel specially for kids, have a lot of place for them like a playground, movie kids, pool kids, garden etc,,and also they give us small mattress for kids in the room 😍 so we are happy to stay here and will back again if coming to yogjakarta.

This hotel had plenty of facilities that you can enjoy for free, there only 2 that you need to pay. Kids very enjoy aquaparc, wavepool and superslider. Staff on playground are very helpful. Room is clean and big, they give extra small bed for kid. Breakfast we get 2 for adult and 2 for kid below 8. You need to bring your own toothbrush as they don't give you one, as there environmental policy. There are indomaret right in front of the hotel, so no rush, if you not bringing one.

Best staycation ever especially with kids. This is our 2nd time staying at East Parc and it never disappoints! Kids love the Aqua Park and the Wave pool. The newly added KidzStation is also an awesome place to chillax on a hot day. The hotel breakfast also offers plenty of choices for adults and kids alike.

The hotel location is not far from the city centre, hotel facilities are very abundant and variative make the kids love them very much, room with balcony is very spacy so the kids able to wander inside the room freely, cleanliness of the hotel area is perfect and lastly the food from in-house restaurant during breakfast taste so good. Would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

Top kids friendly hotel. Full facility for kids. Crowd control for kids activity very good not located in one place activity because time schedule for Activity organize very good. Staff friendly. Free matras for kids.

Datang karena ingin main seluncuruannya. Tetapi info di papan buka sampai 17.30. Prakteknya jam 10.10 saya dtg seluncuran tidak bs dipakai. Sangat mengecewakan dan informasi yg tidak benar. Staff saja jg hanya info semua aktifitas tutup jam 17.30. Ga ada info ttg tutup jam 10.00 seluncuran. Kamar pesan non smoking. Bau rokok. Dan ada lalat di dalam kamar. Kebersihan nya kurang. Banyak bau rokok di area bermain jg. Lumayan kecewa bayar mahal tanpa fasilitas lengkap

Regarding the operational hours of the Super Slider ride, we are divided into 2, namely: Main pool: Every day 06.30-17.30 WIB. Slider: Monday-Friday 15.00-17.00 WIB | Saturday and Sunday 08.00-10.00 WIB, and 15.00-17.00 WIB. These operating hours are listed on the information board located in the main pool area and also in the stairwell area leading to the slider ride. We will use the review that you give as motivation for us to always be consistent and better in maintaining the services we provide. We hope that the services and other facilities we provide can enhance your and your family's stay at our hotel.
