The 2nd night at Patuha Resort, the atmosphere is cool, calm, quiet and the air is clean and the hotel staff are friendly and fast, the breakfast is also delicious, there is a sulfur hot water pool and many photo spots. Anyway, if you go to Ciwidey, you must come here again.

The facilities provided were not as complete as I saw in the resort reviews, initially there was no floor mat, then they were brought, there were no slippers, there was no TV either. The atmosphere was quite calm because it was in a pine forest area. It was really cool. 8/10.

For those planning to catch the sunrise at Kawah Putih at 5 a.m. but tend to oversleep, this hotel is perfect. It's close, just a 10-minute walk to Kawah Putih, the hot springs, the popular sunmori photo spots, and the surrounding area. The hotel has a peaceful atmosphere, 24-hour security, a free swimming pool, a water heater, so you don't have to worry about getting cold while bathing, and there's a cute and flirty calico cat named Dewi. The building is made of old wood, but for a relaxing break and some peace from the hustle and bustle of the capital, it's definitely worth it.

for the location and view it's a winner, for the facilities and cleanliness it's quite reasonable for that price, plus the staff are friendly, you can check in at 12 and upgrade the room again because you're worried about taking your family on a long trip for free...next time stop by again

Have stayed here twice with family. Can check in early because the cottage is ready. The hot water pool can be accessed as desired. Photo spots among the pine forest are also good. Hopefully the hotel can be improved in the future.

Breakfast is not worth the 1 million rate, and the cleanliness of the bedroom, no tissue, very thin pillows 😭 Hopefully in the future it can be better. The location is very good, close to Kawah Putih. And strawberry plantations.

Initially it was said that there was a warm water swimming pool, but when I wanted to swim, the pool was not functioning, the location was also very far from the villa. The facilities were lacking, the WiFi was not working, the service was lacking, the food was of a resort class, far from being enjoyable.
